i feel heart pulls on most days and it can happen out of nowhere while i am doing things and not feeling upset or unhappy or happy, there were also occasions where i felt heart aches there were times when i felt excruciating sadness that i had to cry them out to relieve myself of the pains and sadness... i had my heart checked 2 months ago when i was admitted to the hospital nothing was found so since then i knew its not physical issues... 😢

Yes, have experienced all these. Something else kind of crazy I've experienced too, with his energy. Quite simply, he likes to play with my breasts. But it's also him pulling, opening my heart chakra. It feels like an intense pulsating feeling. Before, it would cause something similar to menstrual cramps too. Or for any nursing mothers, you know how when your baby nursed in the beginning, and it would make your uterus contract? That's exactly how this felt like. For me, it’s almost as if I can physically pin point the pain in my heart right now. We are broken up now. He just... ran. He ghosted me, shortly after he told me he wanted a life with me. One week we were looking at houses, and then next, he tells me he wanted a “break” and it was just so sudden when he said he wanted a break. Well, it wasn’t much of a break, because he was still texting me every other day. I asked myself, how much space could he possibly need from me considering he keeps contacting me all the time lol. When I brought this up to him, he could never ever give me a solid or straight answer as to why he needed space from me, other than he just didn’t have the capacity to handle his emotions AND my emotions right now. I felt like I was losing him and couldn’t do anything to stop it. He said he loved me... but now I doubt it. I had heart palpitations my entire life UNTIL I met my twinflame. I thought something was wrong with me the entire time. They no longer happen! Crazy!
My twin was living next door for 3+ years before I ever knew it was him. Only spoke to him a few times during that time. Then suddenly, both our relationships broke and the partners moved out within a week of each other. Unbeknownst to either one of us that this was going on. It would be another 6 months before I actually spoke to him. It was orchestrated as I needed some help and there wasn’t another soul around. I was forced, against my will, to go to him. That particular moment we started talking and I craved to know more about him. I craved conversation. The universe still had to drag us back together, because an hour later something else happened and I had no choice but to go. But! I don’t know if he can ever admit it. 18 months later, we are still craving each other. Greetings from Croatia. This video just confirmed that my darling, Manuela and I are TwinFlame. Personally, I felt almost every one of these symptoms and especially the last one, I feel it as a fire around the heart, ie a circle of fire in the place of the heart, the heart chakra. I didn't associate it with waking the heart chakra but with it, we've been separated for 4 months now, I've been blocked everywhere on social media and on my cell phone, but I've never imagined myself as someone totally crazy about someone. I never went to a city as close to her as possible after my partner left me. And this is a partner who has turned my life around. So everything has changed for me from relationships with other people through the way I eat and the music I listen to. I associated the fire around the heart chakra with feeling it when it wasn't on me - now whether I imagine it or not, I don't know, but it happens every day at intervals. Never at the same time, sometimes early in the morning sometimes like now around 2pm sometimes during the day. I connected it with her and the time when she is with herself, that is, when there is no one near her. Because let's be honest, we can act like we don't care about someone and talk about everything to try to convince ourselves of something in front of others, but our suffering and pain begin when we are alone in our thoughts, that feeling of lack, incompleteness and moment for tears.

My TF came over to my house one night and was visibly not feeling well. Like she was terrified. She told me her heart felt strange and that she thought her blood pressure was too high or something. About a year ago, I came across the term "Twin Flames". I read few articles and stories of flames here are there and eventually left it. I have also experienced all the described and more. All my life I could not listen to a heartbeat--not even my own. During Covid my TF was my "person" with whom I physically connected for oxytocin. We were not sexual but we often had very long embraces. One time he was teasing me about this dislike of heartbeats when I realized I did not have this issue with him!! I could put my ear on his chest and feel absolutely comfortable. Never have had that experience with anyone. I'm across the country from the woman I think might be my "twin flame" and I often feel a painful pulling sensation in my chest and arms when thinking about her or sometimes when seeing a picture of her. So quickly though? Wth is going on? I felt a masculine presence sit down inside me! That isn't even possible!? The Love I feel makes me almost lose consciousness. Its been 5 years now.TF and I separated for approx 3 yrs. Intense heart pain when heart chakra opened. Saw a pink lotus flower when heart chakra opened. He was on the phone with me at the time. Its been an awesome time of broken love that feels like never ending. Unconditional love.

I would like to share one more with you two weeks before i meet my TF i also had strong heart pulls and faster heart beats and i thought i was something wrong with my heart and had to goto the hosptial but found nothing wrong with my heart i now know it was because my TF was near and was meeting her for the first time in the flesh and was fate it was meant to be my heart i often burst into tears for no reason after my TF left and i now feel the pull getting stronger everyday and will soon be reunited with her i feel her everyday and night i feel her heart beating and her soul waking up i feel her sadness and love coming towards me sometimes i can have calm days where i dont feel her thinking about me when my heart pull and tug is calm but then for no reason it starts up and i can have long periods and intense heart pull.

I have something interesting to say about this. When me and my twin first met we had addiction problems. Anyways. We were never together as a couple. Are bubble love faze was short and over the phone and messeges. He lived far away for years. He relapsed one time. He over dosed. That night when that happend. I woke up and thought I was dying. I had no idea what was happening. But my heart was doing some weird stuff. I had to sit up and was pretty freaked out. And I found out after what had happend to him. It is hard to explain the sensation I felt in my heart. Anyways I don’t overly like talking about that. But no one can tell me he’s not my twin flame. lol. Both of us had sore hearts for a few days after. We had only hugged and that was enough to attach are heart chakras. I have had lots of things happen on this journey. That are pretty unbelievable. And we are both sober now by the way lol.

When he is nearby, or we are connecting via message or phone. Sometimes I can feel like both our hard sends out tentacles, that tries to reach out and connect together, it feels like a hand on the end of these "tentacles". Been having heart flutters when I try to lay day at night to sleep.. I have had ekg's done and they come back normal.. been happening since I was ghosted by a friend on August 5th we talked in the phone August 3rd the on the 5th it felt like my heart was being torn In half, a week went by that's when I realized I was ghosted.. the near the end of September, it was late I was walking through the house and it felt like a arrow or a sword hit the middle of my spine and punctured the back of my heart and I can still feel it in my spine.. but August through November I kept seeing her face but it wasn't her.. then I had brain surgery on March 1st then almost died in the ICU with brain swelling when I came out of it I saw I had a text from her accusing me of disrespecting her by astral projecting into her dreams.. but I didn't. this has happened to me recently and still continues both heart and lungs, both are fine after checked at doctor, recently i noticed both faster heart beat and sort of butterflies inside my boddy :D
I'm an extremely secluded and private person. I don't want a relationship or to have anyone in my space, I'm happy being alone, and I don't even date. However, lately, my heart has been hurting as if I'm missing someone I've never even met. When I watch love stories I literally feel like my heart is being ripped out of my chest. I know my twin since I was 7 years old... we were very close bye when I was 18 he got married and we distanced somewhat. At 29 we came back in contact my heart leaped out my chest... literally leaped when we hugged. Since then I have had the flutters, heart burn, pain all of it.

Last night I experienced a huge heart chakra and solar plexus pull
I am in separation stage and I decided to be silent 7ntil my DM awakens fully
And I focus on my self znd I stopped chasing him for about last 1.5 months .
I experience no sleep last night until pass the 2 a.m. and I feel huge pull in my heart and solar plexus and along through my back bone too like beating my heart ..
Is it due to my DM was thinking of me.
Last week too I haven't slept much at night one day .
