My kids are way past dressing up age😅 so I'm not here for costume ideas. I just wanted to say that I love how positive this video is. Many people behave as if it's not possible to have fun if you're not celebrating Halloween. Which of course is completely incorrect! Your video is the best proof. And the costumes are absolutely adorable😊 thank you for sharing x
I remember dressing up as Saints for All Saints Day growing up! My homeschool group would do All Saints’ Day presentations every year where each kid could go onstage dressed as a Saint and give a presentation on the Saints story. I remember being St. Thérèse, St. Zita, St. Colette, St, Batilda and more. I loved putting together my costume every year. My sister would sometimes sew amazing costumes for her Saint. She made an entire Carmelite nun habit for St. Edith Stein one year!
I'm Brazilian. I'm catholic practitioner. I really like to hear you for both reasons: first: it's really charming to see a catholic familiy like mine describiring our faith. Second: I get my ears used to the English language. God bless your family

Thanks for posting this. Encouraging our children to adorn costumes of the saints instead of secular costumes for Halloween is a wonderful practice to enrich their Catholic faith!🙏🏽✝️🙏🏽
You named all the ones my kids are going to be this year (St. Carlo, St. Gianna, St. Lucy)! It's their first year dressing up and they're super excited 😁
Heather, one costume was cuter than the next! All great ideas. I loved the girls as St. Therese and St. Rose, and you had great, easy ideas for the boys! 👍👍👍
On Halloween night, my sons are dressing as the Jawas from Star Wars and my husband has made an R2D2 for them to pull around while theyre trick or treating, then we're repurposing those costumes for All Saints Day as the monks who carried Saint Cuthbert from Lindisfarne to Durham Cathedral 😂
Can you please talk about novenas and all devotions related to All Souls’ Day. I thought I was supposed to start a novena today. PLEASE HELP! Thank you God Bless
This is the first I've heard of this - dressing up for Saints Day. Do Catholic Schools do parties and parades like public schools do for Halloween? Also, the kids don't trick or treat, so is there anything special that is done?
The children look Holy. The Nuns taught us to dress to trick evil on Halloween and it was a big event, that is the traditional Catholic way of doing things in Ireland. We eat Barm brac also. You eat corned beef hot with carrots so you do things differently to Europe, we eat just eat bacon and cabbage with potato. I like the idea of dressing as a Saint on all saints day.
I would Dress Like the whale and my face than IS Jona INSIDE... Or Like the figtree Jesus talked so often. Or Like the Rainbow the sign of covernant... My uncel Dresses AS a Camel and my aunt AS a nadl this BibelVerses.

Can you explain about if we should celebrate Halloween I am confused if we should or not.

So do they dress up for Halloween or not? Or just All Saints Day?

Hallelujah!!! I’m favored and blessed with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and also support the work of God and the church.
I am Catholic from Croatia, and we have never dressed in costumes for All Saints day.
But you can do it if you want.😊
