Saagu is basically masala in our masala dosa. Looks like that they have added few vegetable more in to it. Rakeshji the signature dish of Karnataka is rasam. Also called Saaru. Normally they eat before our Sambar. Find how they prepare. You can also check for Mysore Rasam
