Being self quarantined (I can work from home) has actually helped me lose weight! I've been Keto for over a year and have lost 130lbs (yeah me) and still want to lose about 50lbs more. It's been frustrating as for the last 6 mos I haven't been losing anymore weight. I haven't gained (yeah me) but still. Most of it was because I wasn't as strict. But with quarantine in place, I've been able to stick to my keto meals. Going out for dinner is no longer an option. We have always been good about making our own foods, but we were still going out more then we should. So my first week in quarantine, I've lost 5lbs! So hopefully by the time I get out of quarantine I will have even more! My coworkers won't even recognize me! :)
Hi Vicky, I was going back to the beginning trying to find some motivation and came across your comment. This is the one! Believe me I have read hundreds but your comment really struck a chord with me. I love your attitude and it really hit me. If I just keep on complaining, starting and stopping...it's never going to happen for me. My plan is to adopt your attitude. I know it's been 2 years since you left this comment and I hope you are well. Thank you.
I am partially laid off. I am self employed, clean houses, and I cannot apply for unemployment or get sick leave. However, I have awesome clients and half of them are paying me to stay home, the other half will leave their house before I get there to clean. With the extra time I have I will be catching up on my personal house cleaning, getting caught up on my findagrave.com photos, and my ancestry.com family tree.
Love your message on this one. As an aerospace employee, I made a decision in 1990 that layoff worries can not keep keep up at night. I can't control layoff but I can make sure my resume is up to date, I can be sure I know the path to employment at other desired companies, I can take classes to remain marketable and I can put a % of salary away each paycheck. Looking at an unpaid week off beginning Monday. Before I watched this video, I made appointments on my calendar each day for a couple 'roundtoit' tasks. My dog will really enjoy his bath..,or we will enjoy not smelling him! Also started a daily walk,
Great advice and presented with professionalism and calm. Thanks for sharing this content. I am the same mindset as you and have found myself giving advice to others on how to deal with things in this unprecedented time. I’ve been doing keto for 2 &1/2 months now and have dropped 45 pounds. I not only feel great but I have clarity of mind and a positive outlook that has others asking why I’m so happy at a time like this. I can only control me and my response to the things going on around me. I choose to be positive, happy and resilient. Thanks again and keep up the great content.
Thank you for the comment. I think back to the person I was before keto, and I truly believe that both the improved health and the improved mental clarity have kept me "grounded" while so many other folks are in a panicked state of mind.
I work at the school bus yard, so I am laid off for a few weeks. However, I am trusting in my faith in God to help me get through anything that life throws at me. I am worried about the small businesses in town - if they will survive this mini recession. When it's sunny outside, I try to spend at least a half hour out in the sun. Sometimes it's not warm enough to actually be outside (I live in Montana, after all!), so then I just stand inside the storm door and absorb the warmth of the sun. I haven't had a problem sticking to my keto way of life, because it's important for me to. Finding things to do is extremely important. I've got lots more time to quilt now! Yay!
We live in ND and in the country, so a month of food is always in this house, because we are always ready for a blizzard. My Keto is going great, just finished a 5 day fast, and then made an amazing Keto cabbage enchilada bake! I will be doing lots of cooking these next few weeks and getting my seeds started for the garden! 😊 Honestly the situation has changed very little in my life!
I need to get some seeds started this week myself. Once it quits getting below freezing at night, I'll churn up a chunk of my garden and get some lettuce and snap peas down.
Hi Steve! Thanks for sharing your insights. I have never been laid off (thankfully!) but have been through a variety of very hard times in my life. Your point about doing something beneficial (something that helps yourself or someone else) is an excellent one. I think it's also important to get dressed every day - as silly as that may sound. Be comfy, but don't hang out in your PJs all day, every day. Put on jewelry or makeup. Go for a walk, even if it's just to the mailbox. Brush your hair. Shave. Change your sheets. Wash dishes. Open your windows. Doing normal things will make this time feel more normal and like you have control over something in your life. These ARE crazy times. They WILL pass. They always do. Thank you for sharing. Be well!
All of that is great advice. In fact, I debated if I should shave this morning -- but I did. How you look can have a huge impact on how you feel. Thanks for sharing!
Im happy because I get to work from home. I rolled out of bed this morning and got my coffee and signed in. Messy hair, jammies and coffee. YAH! I do my cleaning and get dressed at lunch time, which makes me forget about eating lol. We are skyping with co workers too cause we are a tight nit bunch and miss each other. At the end of the day, I put all my work stuff away (my desk is in my bedroom) and have my dinner. Im keeping it super simple. Im going into my 2nd week at home and being a senior, I am proud of all the tech issues I have conquered! Now, at the end of the day, it is time to relax. Good video!
I'm really struggling financially. I'm a server and unemployment is only going to give me 200 a week. It's literally enough for my rent and utilities and nothing else, and then a food stamp card for 190 per month. This isn't sustainable for me. I'm lucky I have a stockpile of nut butters and baking stuff. Keto is not hard to maintain because its second nature. But all the other aspects of living this way are going to be challenging to say the least. Also, at work the day the restaurants were ordered to close I took 60 eggs from the cooler, walked past my boss and said "I'm taking these". He said "ok". Please keep the çontent coming and keep in mind how broke some of us are. Inexpensive keto projects are really helping pass the time and relieve anxiety. I want to hear about the beef tallow. Thanks so much, mr Steve.
Watching this 7 months later, and we are still in the midst of the never-ending restrictions. I know it’s getting harder for people to stay positive as this drags on, but your words of advice are still spot on. Thank you for all you do!
Great video! Very positive. The way you react to a situation is how you will get ahead or fall behind. It is not good or bad, it is an opportunity to realize that life happens now, not ‘when something happens’ or ‘if I lose my job’ or ‘I don’t know what to do.’ We all know what to do, it is a matter of doing it. Start as Steve says with a list, build habits which make you feel happy and better (get control NOW).
Thank you for this calm uplifting message. I am trying to keep busy and not watch tv. I am sewing face masks for nurses and neighbors. I am away from my family so keep in touch by phone almost daily. My husband is a non believer in how serious this is so that is my struggle. Keep the faith.
Thanks for your positive video, Steve! After contending with a chronic serious health issue, this current crisis is a piece of cake. Of course, we will bounce back and be all the stronger! YOU are an inspiration, Steve! Keep letting your light shine!
You've brought up so many great points here: shopping, worry and anxiety, cooking, tv shows (WW2), family time, and so on. This is such a positive and inspiring video. We need to hear this, because it's all true. We are going to get thru this. It'll be rough, but we will. Thanks for the reminder!
Mr. Serious Keto🙂, thank you for a well thought out and sensitive podcast. I found it calming to listen to and reminded me to be a bit more organized with my time. Tomorrow I will be back at my piano bench learning a new piece. Again, thank you! Diane
Music is great therapy. I picked up a guitar last night for the first time in a long time and it felt great (though my finger tips are a little tender this morning).
In my time off, I have cleaned out my closet of clothes I can no longer wear 😁. I have also cleaned out and reorganized my cupboards. My friend/coworker suddenly passed away Thursday evening. I couldn't do anything until her virus test came back. It is negative (praise the Lord!!), so now I can go in and do what I need to do today (yesterday was spent making many calls)! So for this time off, I am very thankful!!! I work at a daycare and I, like you, am hoping this time will help families really connect with their children, some for the first time. I can't wait to see my students again and give them big hugs (if we're allowed to)!!!!
I am working from home and appreciating the hour and one half commute I don't have to do each weekday. I am also appreciating have sunny windows in my home instead of a cold dark cubicle to work in. I am appreciating the knowledge of what to prepare and have on hand for the next time this might happen once this is over.
You are right don't get complacent it is a hard habit to break and trying to get your mojo going again. I use scripture to learn about myself and why I am here, and what I said I would do whern I got here, and the gifts I was given and looking out side myself where I can be of use. I don't do all these things but it is options and a work in progress to work towards.
Staying busy! My kids have spring break this week, so we’re doing all we can with this free time. Thankfully the weather’s good here, so we can enjoy the outdoors.
play my dulcimer several times a day, play music and dance in the kitchen, sing along with cd's, get outside in yard and woods, read a full page in the dictionary each day etc
Understand that contracting that "C" word thing, is no worse than the flu. Even in the unlikely event you catch it, you will get over it. The media thrives and makes money on hype and getting you addicted to their commentary. Realize that the utter panic that is portrayed in the media is not necessarily the reality, nor should it be taken as gospel truth. Do your diligence, of course, but don't loose your head over such a minor thing. 3 months from now when we are all enjoying our summer, someone will say to you at a barbecue, "Remember that Corona thing? Wow, people really went nuts over that...worse than Y2K!"
I am on my second week of telework with potentially a few more to go. I am making lots of bone broth and elderberry syrup, which I am canning to last my husband, my dog and me for several weeks. I buy a whole beef every year, so beef reserves are good to go through October. I enjoy extra time in the morning and evening to read scriptures and to pray and meditate for a massive global healing - this is my favorite time of the day. I know that things are going to get back to normal and I have faith that we will be a stronger and more positive community as a result. We will get through this. Stay safe chaffle makers!
Trying to control how much news I watch. It pretty much just repeats what I already know and emphasizes the worst. I remember all my blessings. I practice gratitude. I remember that I am not God and that I can control only so much and the rest I trust God to take care of. I watch funny stuff. Laughter is good medicine. I pray, knowing my God hears and really cares about me, my problems and my concerns and has all the power and all the wisdom to take care of us. I live in the reality that I'm going to die someday and know where I will be when my time comes. (I John 5:13) I eat healthy Keto and enjoy it very much! Thank you for sharing your delicious recipes and common sense advice! Love your channel!
My husband is working from home and was just told to take Wednesday off, with a corresponding reduction in salary. We just shrugged. We are grateful every day to be healthy and to have plenty to eat. It could be otherwise. Best wishes to everyone.
I’m so grateful and fortunate to already work remotely in my job. I injured my leg and I’m sidelined... can’t work out, can’t even sit in the cross-legged position. Exercise is my anti-depressant. I will keep my gratitude about my job front-and -center. Thanks for sharing your optimism.
Thank you for spending your time to encourage us with a positive video. Although I’m 70, I’ve been “ketoing” since January and feel great. When this new disaster started, I relapsed into an old habit of eating carbs to feel happier. Well, it didn’t work. So Sunday, I went back on Ketoing, and it was a wise thing to do. Every morning, I ask “what will make me happy with myself today?” And then I do it. And I ask, “what am I thankful for” and I smile. I’m not used to being with my husband 24/7 and I’m making an effort to be sweet to him, to let irritating things just float away and to tell him goofy jokes. He’s treating me like a queen. My point? Choose to think positively and act responsibly...it’s easier than I thought! I even added embroidery to the masks I made for grocery shopping. Why not? It was fun. I wish you all the best. Thanks again.
Love your Channel. We started deep cleaning our house. Not all day/every day. Corners, appliances, woodwork etc....thank you for addressing people's fears.
I LOVE HEADSPACE!!! The voice that guides you is so awesome and the accent is pleasant. I tried to engage my son in the honey do list but that is creating tension for now. LOL At 16 I guess I'm happy that he comes upstairs... So happy in my kitchen cooking! Thanks for the upbeat message . We will bounce back - God's got this.
I work as a Pharmacy Technician at one of two (plus one small co-op) grocery stores in a small town, and right now actually working a little overtime, so my problem is a bit opposite of most people's. But I got out of work earlier than usual (we open an hour earlier now), came home, had dinner and made a new fat bomb recipe. Been feeling I've needed to do that, and decided to invest my energy in to something that provides a positive rippling dividend instead of just sitting around and being anxious about the situation. Reap what you sow. Plant love (include yourself!), harvest hapiness. All of you take care and wash your hands!
Thank you Steve for all your encouragement. The social distancing is especially hard for me since I have no family and my other half is deployed in Japan/Phillipines area.
Hubby and I cleaned the house top to bottom, then cleaned the carpets and conditioned the leather furniture. Took a nice bike ride around my neighborhood just for fun.
I feel like I'm reliving the blizzard of 1977 when I didn't have school for almost 6 weeks! My Mom and I became "Master level" players of Uno and Yahtzee😅. We only had 3 network channels plus PBS on TV. Funny...no one mentioned being socially isolated back then, maybe I was too young to be involved in that conversation.
I remember those days. We didn't even have a local ABC affiliate in Sioux Falls, SD -- so you need a big antenna on top of your house to pull in the ABC station from Sioux City, IA.
Everything you mentioned today I’ve said to friends in the past week!! Im a massage therapist and self employed. I don’t think there’s any money coming my way. I can’t go see mom because she’s 90 and I refuse to bring any cooties into her house. I’ve been dropping groceries on her porch so her aid can bring them in. But I’m trying to stay positive. I tell people we have been given the gift of time. I tell them this is nothing compared to what my mom went through in WWII in Italy. We’re entertained, we can check in on people by text, phone or Skype. We can go get food. It could be so much worse!! Thanks for making me feel like I’m on the right track!! Stay safe!
We go fishing. Takes care of the mind, family time and fills the freezer. That was an amazing talk. You have delivery and a tone that keeps me listening and please keep the videos coming. Stay safe everyone. 🎣
Serious Keto it’s the awesome thing about living in South Louisiana. Always something to hunt or catch year round and to chill out with the family is standard operating procedure. We got this! 🙂
Great advice! I feel great and blessed everyday. I have been resting, sometimes fasting, walking, taking or face timing with friends and family. I know, like I know that God is in control and that there is a blessing in all of this. I think writing a list each week helps. Please pretty please invest in a bidet. It so much better and cleaner and helps with the environment. I purchased my 3 years ago and it's a life saver especially now. I am currently researching fermentation veggies to made them last longer and health reasons. Everyday I write in my journal what I am grateful for! Great content. Please keep it coming. Everyone stay pray up, wash your hands and be safe.🙂 Also, if you can Google and watch a movie called "Between Two Worlds" a movie back in 1944. A good tear jerker.
We have sort of bounced back now... but your comment that there are plenty of eggs on the shelf hit home...I started keto during quarantine but it was tough without eggs for 2 weeks. Also laughed (not with joy) about being locked up for a "couple weeks", like you said it didn't end us, but it was long and felt longer than it was.
Oh my goodness! Yes, I'm glad others eat the way they do....it left all the keto foods for our family! I just pick up an order at Woodman's grocery store and only had to limit my item amounts...I got everything I ordered.
Thank you for your positive vibe! I agree with you that we will come through this challenge with a fresh new outlook on LIFE...for now, I will eat Keto, pray and help my neighbors! Stay positive...this to shall pass!
Absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to share with family, friends, etc. Your training past comes through in the positive messages, especially meditating. Bringing your thoughts to the present, "now". And all the ideas of what to do, what to accomplish. Love it!
We had to face this a few years back when we retired. We will be quite happy to rummage around this house and garden, and sort, repair and reorganize. It is awesome for us!!
I agree about the "bounce back" theory. We as a society are not used to having our ability to come and go limited in this way and I'm pretty sure we will see a HUGE uptick in travel, dining out and all manner of entertainment. I live in a small town just west of Las Vegas, and while it's a ghost town right now, I think it will come back BIG and there will be some great deals to be had on tickets for shows etc. :-)
Americans especially love to spend money on entertainment. I know it's tough for people in the service industry right now, but I predict they're going to be rolling in some insane tips when all this is over.
That was a wonderful encouraging pep talk! You are a lovely man and a fantastic chef! Thank you for your thoughtful contribution and fantastic keto creations!
Nice positive message in crazy times. With me being the financial advisor and my wife being a physician we are not getting these days off. However, our biggest challenge is the kids being out of school for the next month. Since I am not doing face to face meetings with clients I can do some of my work from home. Of course, today was rough as we were supposed to be sitting on the beach in St. Lucia but we will make up for it next year. If we could get some nice weather my kids could knock out a lot of my spring yard work which would be a plus!
I work for law enforcement so I am fully employed and even getting overtime. But the stress and concern of what's going on has caused me to be extra careful with my eating habits and keep things positive. I live in Denver and we just went on full lockdown here.
Meditation? I can’t believe you mentioned this! I just signed up with Calm app. I have elderly parents that live with us and my husband travels, (his job is deemed “essential” so it won’t stop). Even my lovely horses and dogs can’t keep my mind from worrying. Staying busy doing chores and pesky jobs around the house helps.
Steve, thanks for this upbeat message! You do give us inspiration. Although, I am retired and don't have to worry about working, I do have to worry about my retirement money. So, praying all will bounce back like you and the President are saying. Planning each day is such a good idea, since when there is a lot of free time, it is easy to waste it!. I'm going to do more cooking, since we need to eat more at home, which is a good thing. It is such a strange time, and I do get anxious over it, so thanks for your words. Also, I just ordered Mexican Train Dominoes to play with my husband, and someday with my grand kids! Does anyone play this game?
I've watched my retirement money crash 3 different times and each time it bounced back. You can always count on Americans to spend money. That's why I believe that the economy will bounce back pretty rapidly (assuming that we get things straightened out in the next month or so).
The worst part of all of this is not just having my husband furloughed from his job (without pay) but we are political opposites and he has CNN on 24/7 (it's far too negative for me). He, of course, is very depressed and then lashes out at me. I listen to my favorite U-tubers and try to drown out the negativity. I still keep abreast of what is happening (that's what my news apps are for). interesting that you mentioned making a list of things to do the following day. That is what I have been doing. Heavens, I could stay busy for the next 6 months just doing things that have not been front burner. Love your channel and the great content.
Great advice Steve... day 13 of self-isolation...working out again (garage), no gym...practising hobby (bagpipes) and fine-tuning home automation... driving wife nuts (LOL)...I miss the kids and grandkids terribly...found a new app to keep in touch as a family..."HouseParty"...glass is "half full" here...keep the faith Pal, great videos...stay safe...:)
Good stuff! What type of home automation are you doing? I did my house a couple of years ago with Samsung Smartthings. Those Z-wave switches aren't cheap.
@@SeriousKeto I started with Samsung Smartthings (and z-wave) and have moved to Home Assistant 2 years ago (not going to cloud)...also moved from z-wave switches to wifi (with Tasmoto flashed to everything)...
haaaaaaaaaaa, I'm a cart inspector too. It makes me sad for those people. I used to eat them but I've realized my health is the most important investment I can make, which means REAL WHOLE FOODS. I just stocked up at Costco and Sharp Shopper last weekend. STOKED about being STOCKED.
Great video Steve, and I will not post anything negative....we don"t need that right now......yumm, I can smell your beef all the way from Canada, lol.
I always love your positive messages! I am always making chaffles for the freezer I don't know if you saw my reply or not, but I actually put bacon in a batch of fat bombs instead of the Promix protein puffs and they were so good. Anyway, thank you for being so uplifting!!!
There are two "perfumes" that, to me, have no equal; the fragrance of a good cut of beef roasting, and the heady perfume of a brand-new car's interior. I cannot afford the second, but I sure can the first, and I have the beef, plus an Instant Pot with a slow cooker feature---time to perfume this weensy studio apartment 😊!
I have always been a history geek and I could not agree more about the challenges our parents, grandparents, etc faced in World Wars 1 and 2. Going crazy in your house? Read or watch some version of The Diary of a Young Girl - Ann Frank. During World War 2 her family hid in attic for two years having to be quiet for fear of discovery, suffering from hunger, and all the getting on each other’s nerves we are experiencing now. No Netflix, no grocery runs, no more walks in the neighborhood. Things are scary now, but put them in perspective. And once this is past, I for one am going out to dinner!
A few years ago I remember seeing bacon scented candles around and we all laughed about it. I had a leather scented candle I really liked, but it's hard to find anything other than floral, fruity or spicy.
This is going to be a tough stretch for a lot of folks. I want to help wherever I can -- and right now, I think what a lot of us want/need is an escape from the doom and gloom we're fed 24/7.

Look into the United Way in your area, they should have resources on where you can get aid for utility assistance.

😆 A beef scented candle!!!? I'd buy it!!
Very good content. Love it. Everyone needs a plan / schedule. Thanks. Sometimes we need reminders.
Love your positivity. We need more of this in the world.
And the message is still useful today
🤣 Beef candle!! Thanks Steve for your positivity!! I’m with you too on the faith side-thanks again for your perspective!
I am working from home and appreciating the hour and one half commute I don't have to do each weekday. I am also appreciating have sunny windows in my home instead of a cold dark cubicle to work in. I am appreciating the knowledge of what to prepare and have on hand for the next time this might happen once this is over.
It's great advice with no time limit. Do the best you can each day to improve yourself and your life, and those of people around you.
Let me (and the rest of the Serious Keto community) know what you're doing to stay positive and productive during this "stay at home" period.
(I John 5:13)
I eat healthy Keto and enjoy it very much!
That's a great attitude. Sometimes a shrug is the best answer. 🙂
Beautiful pure encouraging wisdom.💫✨
Sounds like you're doing all the right stuff. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for an uplifting video Steve! You're the best!😀👍🌞🎶🙏☮💜
Love your Channel. We started deep cleaning our house. Not all day/every day. Corners, appliances, woodwork etc....thank you for addressing people's fears.
That is awesome!
Agreed - I love the voice on Headspace. You can almost hear him smiling as he talks.
Steve, you really are one of the truly genuine, caring, inspirational people I've ever had the pleasure to listen to and learn from. Thank you.
Wow, thank you for the kind words. 😊
Hang in there and stay busy. Fortunately, I'm an introvert, so social distancing is something I've been good at forever.
Hubby and I cleaned the house top to bottom, then cleaned the carpets and conditioned the leather furniture. Took a nice bike ride around my neighborhood just for fun.
Wow! Such good advice and just in time! Thank you.
You are so insightful... I can't wait to hear your voice again on that tallow video. It's my connection with the world right now.
Stay safe!
Cathy holmes yes! The weather in CT has been in the 50s for the last few weeks. That’s unheard of in March! Where are you?
Excellent podcast. It was very helpful and optimistic. Thank you!
I’m enjoying your balanced point of view and advice.
Thank you
We go fishing. Takes care of the mind, family time and fills the freezer. That was an amazing talk. You have delivery and a tone that keeps me listening and please keep the videos coming. Stay safe everyone. 🎣
I'm not a fisherman myself, but I could see that being therapeutic in times like these.
Serious Keto it’s the awesome thing about living in South Louisiana. Always something to hunt or catch year round and to chill out with the family is standard operating procedure. We got this! 🙂
Appreciate your optimism and your suggestions. Thanks!
Thank you for common sense encouragement!
Amazing insight. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much for your positivity and optimism!! We need more influencers like you on UA-cam! Bless you🥰
Great advice!
Thanks for being a calm and sensible voice of reason, Steve. 💜
I try
Serious Keto hehehe, I’m still watching on my iPad and just saw your reply on my phone 😆
I needed this tonight. Thanks Steve!
Thank you for sharing your optimistic vision of what tomorrow may look like 😊
You bet!
Love it!
Steve, after listening to your podcast, I made a list of things I could cook/bake today. I got SO much done!
Thanks for the helpful advice!
I love hearing that!😀
Good video about bad times, thanks.
You have a very soothing voice, Steve. Thanks for your optimistic slant on things. Definitely what I needed this morning!
Thank you for the kind words. In this time, I think we all have to do whatever we can to help lift our collective spirit.
Great video! Thank you for putting this all into perspective so beautifully.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks Steve for the uplifting and positive message as per usual. God Bless x
Thanks Steve, much appreciated. Please take care.
Always!🙂
Thanks for the pep talk this morning.
Thanks for listening / watching. 😀
We had to face this a few years back when we retired. We will be quite happy to rummage around this house and garden, and sort, repair and reorganize. It is awesome for us!!
Thank you Steve! You are a great coach!
I needed to hear this message today ❤️
So glad!
And I too am going through the anxiety of being furloughed. I'm a hairstylist.....
Glad you enjoyed it!
Agreed on the weather. I need to get out and start cleaning up my garden.
Thank you for the constructive and optimistic discussion!
I work for law enforcement so I am fully employed and even getting overtime. But the stress and concern of what's going on has caused me to be extra careful with my eating habits and keep things positive. I live in Denver and we just went on full lockdown here.
Hang tough, and thank you for what you do.
@@SeriousKeto Yeah... 32 hours overtime last week. But I'm in the market for a car and there are deals...
It can really be a life changer that folks often write off as "new age".
Great PSA. I agree 100% I am about halfway through WWII in color and couldn’t agree more....now back to making chaffles..
Thanks Steve.
Enjoyed your words of wisdom. Thank you. Be well.
Thank you Steve, it was very informative
Thank you for sharing your positive thoughts. I am trying to remain positive. I fear for our liberty.
This was a very calming and soothing video! Thanks for the advice. Your words very helpful to me🥩🥩😊
I'm so glad!
trash pandas is such a fun cute game! thanks for the positive energy Steve!
Steve you are very wise good advise
Very encouraging video Steve👍
Thank you Steve!
I enjoyed this video and thank you very much. I needed to hear this.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks Steve, I appreciate your optimism!
Always!
Thanks for sharing positive thoughts and wisdom :)
You are an inspiration.
Do what you got to do to get him of MSM even if you have to break something ( electronic)
Can’t wait to see the video for making the tallow!
Coming Wednesday. 😉
Looking forward to your tallow video.
Coming soon!
Great video Steve, and I will not post anything negative....we don"t need that right now......yumm, I can smell your beef all the way from Canada, lol.
Good advice!
I always love your positive messages! I am always making chaffles for the freezer I don't know if you saw my reply or not, but I actually put bacon in a batch of fat bombs instead of the Promix protein puffs and they were so good. Anyway, thank you for being so uplifting!!!
I'm not sure if I saw it then, but I saw it now. 😀
In college I lived in an apartment above a pizza parlor. I never got tired of that smell. 😄
Hola! thank you for this positive video, we need more positive and entertaining videos in these difficult days.Your video is of great help
A few years ago I remember seeing bacon scented candles around and we all laughed about it. I had a leather scented candle I really liked, but it's hard to find anything other than floral, fruity or spicy.
Great job Steve
This is going to be a tough stretch for a lot of folks. I want to help wherever I can -- and right now, I think what a lot of us want/need is an escape from the doom and gloom we're fed 24/7.
