I had that "unexpected tidal wave" experience with Kraken at Heide Park. We just arrived and I was just strolling along living my best life not realizing I was walking in the middle of the splash zone. Of course... nobody warned me. 😂

I was finally tall enough last weekend to do my first big rides at Thorpe park. My personal favourite was saw. These videos fill me with hope that I can come to theme parks like these and get more coaster credits. Great video guys

Kondaa night ride - amazing!
So true it rides so well at night/in the dark
Walibi Belgium is my local theme park and I love it! I’ve been there so many times and I’ve probably done the kondaa at least 30 times. Also tutenkhamon is under appreciated (also I’ve been watching since the planet coaster vintage park)
I liked the first coaster...not too big...not too small...a Goldilocks ride! 💛👍

The theming is so great in this park. I don't know why Walibi Holland would want to ruin theirs with graffiti

See, it's because Walibi Belgium is my home park that I don't understand or accept how some parks have slow, or sometimes deliberately slow, operations to sell express passes. Port Aventura is disastrous and unacceptable as a Walibi Belgium expert and in my opinion they don't deserve visitors due to their terrible operations and disrespectful behavior towards their visitors. Walibi Belgium also has the express pass, but operations remain excellent. Many English parks also have slow operations. I remember Lightwater Valley, Oakwood and Thorpe park as slow operations parks. If you are used to Walibi Belgium, this is unfortunately frustrating. Thank you very much for visiting this again. I'm glad that you had fun. You didn't like our Zanzar madhouse? Well, I think that you'll love it more when you understand French or Dutch.

Its interesting going from the OG Gerstlauer Bobslead to one of the newest ones. Gerstaluer wanted to do something different with the Wild Mouse concept, and no one has really made an attempt to compete

If I’m not mistaken they enclosed the loop on Psyké after a train got stuck upside down back when it was called Scirocco. There is footage of it on UA-cam, on that day the train was perfectly balanced and launched a little too slow to complete the loop when it was going backwards. They added scaffolding next to the loop for easier access in case of another emergency.. That part of the park is pretty close to the neighbours who always complain about the park-noise which is why they eventually enclosed the entire ride.
Didn’t you guys do Mine Blast? Even though it’s free I really enjoyed it last year..

We live in Oregon, home of a tiny little Park called the enchanted forest. It has a ride called The Challenge of mondor. It was the very first trackless dark Ride I believe in the United States. There were reports of Disney Executives coming up to look at it before they pulled the trigger on one themselves
Actually, after Googling it I believe challenge of mondor was the very first trackless dark ride anywhere on the planet

Yet, in the 20+ years since RCT2, they never replaced their corkscrew-then again this park has a lot of noise issues so its completely understandable until you get Exotic World-which was an expansion beyond the park's boundaries when RCT2 was made. Then again-the Pulsar/ Flash Back/Turbine area is fairly generic compared to the rest of the park. The Main Entrance has a generic American SW/Mexico vibe, a loose spooky theme with Vampire and Loup-Garou (ft carrousel and wave swinger; maybe you could use the Wilderness name from Walibi Hollanf?), the Bollywood-themed area, that kids area by Psyche Underground, Exotic World and the western area in the back. There's a few flats, but you could easily split that middle area in two with Fun Pilot/Turbine/Flash Back with the industrial theme, and then do something else on the other side

Shawn, when I can actually see how rough a ride like Werewolf is from the Go-Pro ... I know its really bad. Did they buy the wrong size trains for the track, too narrow? That thing was banging side to side along the whole layout! Ouch!

I like the layout but the general experience is terrible. It was super rough. I think if it were to have a retrack it could have potential.

It's a shame how park management are neglecting Loup-Garou. You can even see on the pov how wonky the track is! Hopefully they'll wake up some day and do something about it.
