AND 25k/month on a property worth 9m? Reallly? This is like 3% p.a. before taxes. Add inflation and you're already losing money. Plus some idiot can burn your house anytime. Sometimes we stick too much to the 'financial' part that we forget we have common sense.
big developers or small firms doesn't matter when you buy property stocks or whatever stock. Focus on price action. Price action says it all.
