NFL- we hit hard bro
Rugby- hold my spine
Those are not helmets. Those are scrum caps. They do not prevent concussions, but they do protect you from getting cauliflower ears, and minor lacerations.
They don't jump that high by themselves during a lineout, their team mates lift them up into the air.
You should check out women rugby, if you are saying that women shouldn’t be playing❤ Also just forget about the NFL rules, honestly think rugby is a way better sport
When watching rugby just forget about NFL rules. Although NFL developed directly from rugby the two games are totally different. NFL is short bursts to make small gains. Rugby is continuous and flowing ie no downs, and stops only for infringements, injuries (and even then not always) and the ball out of the playing area. Two halves of 40 minutes with a ten minute break in between. Oh, check out women’s rugby, you’ll love it!
Ummm, the clock doesn't necessarily stop when the ball leaves the field of play or an infringement. Usually it just runs. It doesn't even stop when you score unless someone needs medical attention. "Medics' don't wait for a stoppage to go check them out. If play seems to get too close to the medics then the ref will stop play. Only once play is interrupted will the clock be stopped.
@@rittherugger160 absolutely, but I never mentioned the clock stopping 😂. You are, of course, absolutely correct, but flooding a new reactor to every single nuance and aspect would be flooding them to the point of overload. I tried to give an overall idea of how the games differ and hope that they look at a video of the laws. Even that won’t tell them every single thing about the game, it’s a case of getting the main points and then adding on the rest as they see what happens…..I hope.
“Why don’t these dudes go to the nfl”? 😅 Why don’t nfl players play basketball? These guys have been playing rugby since they were children, most grew up watching members of their family play. It’s the sport they love. It’s not really hard to understand. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
There are no downs in rugby. There are two 40 minute halves with a 10 minute half time. Some reactors talk about the last play in football, where there is a mad, fast paced, scramble to score a touchdown. I'm not sure what that is called in football, but imagine that final mad scramble play, but for the entire 80 minutes....that's rugby.....also, no gear, pads or helmets. Just shorts, jersey, socks, boots (cleats), and gum guards...
Rugby is life, they get tackled and still gets up and play. Super fit and super strong. Big respect to all rugby players all around the world, the only vikings left in this modern world.
American Football was derived from Rugby that's been played for 200+ years by men, women and children throughout the majority of the world. You can only pass lateral or backwards and you can't fumble it forwards, but you can kick the ball in any direction and apart from "field goals" for converting a try (touchdown), you get long punts downfield for territority; high kicks straight up in the air called up-and-unders or aerial bombs; cross kicks to your own player on the other side of the field; chip (and chase) kicks over your opponent's head or grubber kicks that roll on the ground past them that you or your teammates attempt to regather. There's also no downs like in the NFL where play is stopped and restarted with a scrimmage, but rather "rucks" that are kind of like a mini-scrimmage when a player is tackled (who has to release the ball) and players attempt to push each other over the ball without using their hands on the ball, to gain or secure possession.
8:17 they reason they did that is because he didn't roll away when he was downed and cause them to get a penalty. In this game the ref as a problem and they had enough.
if derek henry played rugby he would for the locker room after the first tackle
And from your locker with a knife start talking to god and telling him you’re on your way I promise you those South African players are ruthless.
Please react to the most feared team in rugby.
i wiuld love to see you react to some South-African player
Faf de Kler
Eben Etzebeth
and most feared rugby team in the world the springboks
Besides the money aspect I don't think playing nfl really would attract these guys. Rugby is superior for playing .
Great reaction bro, there's two kinds of Rugby in the world. RUGBY UNION & RUGBY LEAGUE. If you want to know more about Rugby League, Russel Crowe (Hollywood Actor famous for his role as the main protagonist in Gladiator), just dropped a promo video for Rugby League that explains the rules. Australias National Rugby League (NRL) competition plans to roll out Rugby in Las Vegas of March this year. The video is pretty sick, full of badass highlights reels and big hits. Great reaction material homie.
You have to play on attack & defence in all versions of Rugby & anyone's allowed to kick the ball too...no offence, defence, special teams b/s.....you have to do everything
A Welsh rugby player called Louis Rees-Zammit is going to the NFL to be a running back wide receiver. Look out for him
50 inch vertical jump 😂😂😂
No one is wearing helmets those are headgear leather.
USA vs All Blacks 2021 Rugby highlights (1874 cup) is a must watch and it was played in DC💪🏼
Uhmm no women on that vid or verticals above 35😂😂eyes on the player or players lifting him up and holding him bud.😂😂rugby is awesome.
Why do Americans always say, his ribs are broken, or he must be dead, yes one can get hurt in Rugby, but it is not every game or indeed every five minuets.
Did you just refer to Sebastian Chabal as a woman?!..
😆 Yep good ol' Captain Caveman
Disrespectful, but he doesn't know. Most Americans are blissfully ignorant about the world of sports. @@JonseyWales

The Welsh No7’in red’ let them pick him up because he knew it cost them a penalty, that’s why he stayed calm and didn’t retaliate. 👍
