@@tacobonsai life gets busy for us all mate. I hope you're doing ok and life is treating you well. It's always a nice surprise when you upload a video so please don't apologise.
@@AlexBraunton hopefully it won’t be a surprise in the future. I am trying ti be consistent at it and treat it professionally … at least more professionally .
I have 2 fiddle leaf figs, one bambino one and one regular size one. The regular size one is rather tall, do you think i could air layer the top off (1/3) of the tree. Do you think it will work? Also any tips on how to get them to branch out?
@@BuffaloBonsai absolutely. I just cut the top off and put em in soil and it works 50% of the time. I did try one air layer and it is going to be a gift for a friend. Turned out great. To get em to branch you just let em grow out until they are lignified or woddy and then cut em back to outward facing buds. They respond rather well to to it all.
Massive work taking that big root ball apart. Slow and steady and you have shown some nice roots.
@@growclipbonsaiforseniors1951 i was thankful for what I ended up with. I have no idea how long it was in that pot honestly. I thought it that way 😅
Great repotting, Mr. T.. You are on a roll!
@@growclipbonsaiforseniors1951 cheers
Almost missed this one Mr. T.. Watching a master at work.
@@growclipbonsaiforseniors1951 I’m always going to be a student in this gig. I learn too much anytime I study the trees!
