i have three exams back-to-back in three days, and i need to study every single day to be able to catch up. it's overwhelming, and i feel like throwing everything to the last minute. but i realize that facing this reluctance is the right thing to do, even if i don't feel like it. some of these methods sound super helpful and i am definitely going to try them after the video ends!

Hey Faye I just want to thank you because my grades improved a lot after watching your videos and implementing them in my life. Like in 5th grade , we have exams out of 80 marks till 12th grade and I barely got 40 marks . A similar feeling arises not only with studies, even at work, when you have many projects and work on them all at the same time, the problem is very similar, and the problem then is not with discipline, but with the ability to properly manage your attention and priorities
I'm currently struggling to focus on studying and thank you for this. I'll definitely consider doing some of what you have mentioned. My exams will be in three days and I've been trying to study since last week but my brain wouldn't cooperate. wish me luck.
