You might find it a bit of a surprise coming to Preston for the first time. Maybe you're not sure where it is but you know it's Up North somewhere.
Situated in quite literally the heart of North West England, Preston is the gateway to Lancashire's beautiful landscape and contemporary developments. With the city's superb road, rail, air and sea links Preston provides a fast and easy gateway to national and international destinations.
UClan's campus is situated in the Adelphi Quarter of the city which offers excellent amenities on Friargate and around campus. These include a campus Cinema, shops, cafes and bars. If that wasn't good enough for you, as an UCLan student you also have your very own night club 53 Degrees which plays host to a variety of Themed nights called PROMO and the best line-up of live gigs including: Dizzee Rascal, The Hoosiers, Jo Lean and Jing Jang Jong, Biffy Clyro and Hot Chip.
