Jesus said “my Father, which is in heaven;” man says God came down from heaven. Which is the truth? It certainly is not the lying traditions of man. God has never once left His throne (Psalm 102:12). He has sent His Son to reconcile us back to Him. Jesus has told the world throughout the New Testament that the only true God _remains_ in heaven. It is God’s power and spirit that possesses Jesus (Proverbs 8:22) and all of God’s people (2 Corinthians 6:16). This is what it means *_to become one even as they are one_* (John 17:21-23). God the Father’s power and spirit works through those who are one in total agreement with His will, but this does not make them God. Moses was not God, but it was God who parted the Red Sea through him. Samson was not God, but God gave him strength to do His work. David is not God, but he won every battle he fought. People who endure witchcraft, eating and drinking poisons from evil ones but live in total peace and harmony-they are not God, but they have God’s power and spirit in them. Jesus is not God, but “the Father is with him and has *_not left him alone”_* (John 8:29). This is the same for all who love and obey the Father. Repent, come to Christ, and you will behold *the power of the Almighty God, the Father.* Amen.
