Brad was the best. He was the smartest to not ask a girl to marry him that he only knew for 6 weeks. Why go through the motions if it is not real? Way to go Brad!
I approve. I thought I was coming to this video for a dual rejection and a laugh, but no, this guy absolutely did the right thing and I have so much respect for him for doing this.
"To say that you do care about someone so much but you're willing to watch them walk away.." Contrarily, he actually places your interests first. This selfless move is in your best interest to avoid an empty relationship and future heartbreak. He places your happiness and fulfillment beyond his own, and this is a brave move, even in the face of the culture of this show: a happy ending with wedding bells and marriage. Instead of following the crowd, he followed his heart.
He followed his heart despite that everyone then hated him. We have 2 choices like him: 1. Make other people happy and be miserable. 2. Make ourselves happy and make other people (somewhat) miserable.
アディー Shibasaki some people are engaged for a year or maybe two so they can get to know each other if they really really think they could pull it off. Or they break off the engagement and date and see if it can work.
Oh wow. It's almost AS IF you shouldn't have a show where one guy is forced to pick a wife in a certain amount of time out of a certain amount of certain girls.
Brad, Juan Pablo and Sean Lowe, the best Bachelors ever, the only really honest with themselves, the girls, the production and the audience. This is not a soap opera is real life.
You can force it. They were two great girls but if he wasn't 100% sure of his pick, then he made the right call picking no one, as painful as it was for all involved during and after the show. On his 2nd try, picking Emily was a good move but it also felt forced. They split up not long after that season which kinda proves that the pick was too hasty/forced. All involved are happy these days, with families/kids. Good luck to all of them.
knowing he went off the grid after his 2nd appearance and lives a life far away from the spotlight tells you everything you need to know about his intentions for going on the show. will never understand how ppl want this show to be real, but when stuff like this happens, they get angry, lol.
I think it is the way Brad worded things, he announced Jenny left so she got her hopes up. I remember watching this with my mom, this was pre spoilers and I don't think Reality Steve was popular. I was so shocked. People hated him but he did the right thing.
He wasn't in love so obviously he had to say goodbye, but he played with her emotions. He shouldn't have said he said goodbye to Jenny, because that made it sound like he was choosing this poor girl. It's the way he went about it.
Let me just say after some real life experience and years later after me growing... It's clear now that Brad had a dismissive avoidant attachment disorder. I wonder if he ever fixed that.
LOL yeah right. He'll get older and be the same handsome man with money. All the women around him getting older who aren't married with children will swoon over him. There's a reason the crazy cat lady is a trope but not the crazy cat man.
I don’t know why he became a villain after this finale? It would have been even worse if he had picked someone just to appease the Bachelor fans and community and then break up with them weeks to months later if he knew he wasn’t in love with them. He might have possibly known that no one in that season was the right person for him but he would have had to continue on with filming for the rest of the season due to obligations.
He knew going in to this that he was going to know them for a short time them he was to propose. He just wanted to be on tv?! He could've let someone else try to find love instead of eating everyone's time!
i still thinks its a mistake! i think brad wasnt open to love and did not act himself! but he knew he can fall in love with deanna given enough time...they pick horrible male leads... only sean lowe was serious abt love from all bachelors! brad does not know how to compromise!
Brad should not have sign on to the show if he was not going to pick anyone he knew he did not want end up with any girl before he decided to be the bachelorette he was just doing this show just to be on TV and just to make people think he was trying to fall in love on the show and choose someone but that was never his intentions and he knew that before he even came on the show. He knew that his heart wasn't settled and also knew that he wasn't in love with those girls and did not have any intentions on choosing any of those girls before he even came on the show to be the bachelorette. He only came on the show to be in the cameras he knew exactly what he was doing.
That could have picked someone with better looks and wit. This is Bachelor for Chrissake! Brad Pitt but 6'5" with the wit and charm of Russel Brand - and he has to state his dimensions down there - at least 7 inches by 5.5. This is a joke - and I am a guy, imagine how women feel.
Best bachelor ever. Peter is the worst bachelor. This show was the best early on. Seems like all this drama is scripted thinking that’s what we want to see.
I love Brad...but he has some serious issues. And NOT because he walked away from these 2 girls on this season. I think he has some childhood trauma he hasn't yet dealt with. Absolutely no judgment. I do believe he fell for Emily but she just wasn't as ready at 24 as he was at 38. Love is strange.
+caravaggio31 Actually, he never said he didn't love her ( ofc that was pretty obvious tho ), he just refused to say "I love you" because he believed in "showing it instead of saying it" or whatever one of his explanations was. Never trust a person who says "honestly..." at the start of every sentence. He's using that word to sloppily. Plus, he never seemed to be giving straight answers anyway, he'd most often than not beat around the bush. To me, that's not honest. It still boggles my mind that people can't see through that.
Her smile when he said that Jenny is gone, its heartbreaking.
Sheila Quinto that was the worst part.
Brad was the best. He was the smartest to not ask a girl to marry him that he only knew for 6 weeks. Why go through the motions if it is not real? Way to go Brad!
Plese clean up your language. Thank you.
Brad was amazing! I loved him and Emily together.
+QueOndaWey1984 How old are you? 17?
***** You must really think you're funny.
***** Damn, if you were really born in 1984, then holy hell, your maturity level is like, -200. LMAO.
I actually think he was very brave in doing this
ThePacemaker45 Deanna said after she was on the bachelorette she didn't blame him for doing it.
Comments like this are why the word "brave" doesn't mean a damn thing anynore.
Agreed
I agree because it would've been worse if he made any false.
braver if he had told her before he came there to propose
I have so much respect for a man who tells his truth...respectfully. I want to hear truth over lies any day even when it hurts.
More should do this rather than picking a girl and then breaking up a month later
I approve. I thought I was coming to this video for a dual rejection and a laugh, but no, this guy absolutely did the right thing and I have so much respect for him for doing this.
Wow she looks pretty when she cries. Wish I could learn to do that.
That is why I am married today. My wife was great at crying.
+frank schylar why was she crying so much around you?
They practice
It's probably fake crying. If she cried for real then she would look terrible too
When did she cry? I saw that her eyes got a little teary, and she wiped her bottom eyelids a couple times, and sniffled. I saw no crying.
"To say that you do care about someone so much but you're willing to watch them walk away.."

Instead of following the crowd, he followed his heart.
He sound like Forest Gump *" I just said good bye to Jenny "*
They should have the option like in Australian version to choose someone but not having to propose
nessquiknails they do...thats what Juan Pablo decided to do with nikki
seatiger Colton did that to
@@jdm2389 He wanted to propose but Cassie turned him down.
He followed his heart despite that everyone then hated him.
We have 2 choices like him:
1. Make other people happy and be miserable.

Smartest man of the bachelor ever
#wastehertime2k16
Wow her beauty is flawless! when the camera focuses on her!👍🏽
You have good taste.
WAIT You have to propose? That's bullshit you should just date them. It's that way in all others why only in US smh
アディー Shibasaki that's what I'm saying
アディー Shibasaki wait in other bachelors they date?
アディー Shibasaki some people are engaged for a year or maybe two so they can get to know each other if they really really think they could pull it off. Or they break off the engagement and date and see if it can work.
You don’t.
Oh wow. It's almost AS IF you shouldn't have a show where one guy is forced to pick a wife in a certain amount of time out of a certain amount of certain girls.

+caravaggio31 The narcissist Juan Pablo honest??? You're joking, right?
No, his behavior is really controversial but his intentions were honest. He didnt love Nikki, so he said that.
Juan Pablo was the worst Bachelor in history. Sean is the best. The rest had issues.
caravaggio31 Sean I agree with but brad is a stretch and Juan was the worse bachelor ever
Tay "Juan was the worse bachelor ever" Following by a close second *Nick*.

"I can't look you in your eye" 👁
"I hAvE tO tELl yOu gOoDbYe"
knowing he went off the grid after his 2nd appearance and lives a life far away from the spotlight tells you everything you need to know about his intentions for going on the show. will never understand how ppl want this show to be real, but when stuff like this happens, they get angry, lol.
Brad had the personality & emotion of a chalk board.
What do you mean
This just happened in the Australian Bachelor last week, still shocking
I would have liked this more if after he said "Hold on real quick" he had run full speed into the shrubbery screaming at the top of his lungs.
If they choose Peter Krausky as the bachelor this would definitely be him.
Dee Livingthelife haha lol
Lol ikr
Who is that? From des's season?
I think it is the way Brad worded things, he announced Jenny left so she got her hopes up. I remember watching this with my mom, this was pre spoilers and I don't think Reality Steve was popular. I was so shocked. People hated him but he did the right thing.
Is it me or is Deanna so attractive
He did the right thing. They would have been miserable in the end. He did her a favor.
She is an actress!
Literally exactly what I would have done.
Newsflash: Drop the entitlement attitude, no guy owes her, his love
1:54 She doesn't understand that what she said right there is true love
Single man’s nightmare xDD
Atleast brad is real i mean, much better to be not with someone instead of hurting them.
He wasn't in love so obviously he had to say goodbye, but he played with her emotions. He shouldn't have said he said goodbye to Jenny, because that made it sound like he was choosing this poor girl. It's the way he went about it.
SAVAGE
Why would you say all the right things and act like you really care about her when at the end you will just walk away?
Respect for others involves being honest about a lack of mutual attraction. Love doesn't have only one answer. It's not myopic.
Because marriage isnt a joke
did he know he could give her a rose without a proposal? or hasn't it been done before this season?
Brave and selfless, yet sad
Every time I've been torn between two, I've found the answer is often: neither. Sad but true.
if you love me let me gooooooooooooooooooooo
Maybe that's what colten is going to do who knows.
"I can't look you in your eye!" She only has one eye?
Is that Deanna? If she only had chosen Jason...
Let me just say after some real life experience and years later after me growing... It's clear now that Brad had a dismissive avoidant attachment disorder. I wonder if he ever fixed that.
he'll always be single
LOL yeah right. He'll get older and be the same handsome man with money. All the women around him getting older who aren't married with children will swoon over him. There's a reason the crazy cat lady is a trope but not the crazy cat man.
@MrSlaide Well looky here. A rejected sad crybaby.
@MrSlaide Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but your attempt is just sad. You can do better than that. Steal like an artist!
Yep because he has the personality of a rock!
I don’t know why he became a villain after this finale? It would have been even worse if he had picked someone just to appease the Bachelor fans and community and then break up with them weeks to months later if he knew he wasn’t in love with them.

That is the most desirable woman they have ever had on.
A necktie has never seemed more like a noose than in this clip....
i still thinks its a mistake! i think brad wasnt open to love and did not act himself! but he knew he can fall in love with deanna given enough time...they pick horrible male leads... only sean lowe was serious abt love from all bachelors! brad does not know how to compromise!
Yet y’all despise Cassie for following her heart....
I don't despise Cassie. Not at all.
him walking away in circle was strange lol American Bachelor seem more fake then Australia Bachelor lol
Have you watched all the American Bachelor seasons? If not, then hush.
I just love his voice even though I hear he's a jerk
Did he pick the right girlfriend
nope
That could have picked someone with better looks and wit. This is Bachelor for Chrissake! Brad Pitt but 6'5" with the wit and charm of Russel Brand - and he has to state his dimensions down there - at least 7 inches by 5.5. This is a joke - and I am a guy, imagine how women feel.

Agree. Authentic and Brad was a good looking MAN
It looks like he wanted to pee or something 😅😅😅

Yeah, Brad was a worst Bachelor.
What about Juan Pablo hahaha
+dancelover1235 ban pablo was totally a jerk!!😂😂
+dancelover1235 A honest guy. He didn't love anyone so he said that.
+caravaggio31 Actually, he never said he didn't love her ( ofc that was pretty obvious tho ), he just refused to say "I love you" because he believed in "showing it instead of saying it" or whatever one of his explanations was.
