I actually toured this home yesterday. It is beautiful. I too prefer an open concept home but I would definitely consider this alternative. It is gorgeous.
Love this house. Just wish there was another living space/ family room/ great room off the kitchen area. Like when u come around the corner into the kitchen where dinning area is you would see a continues flow of room so kids could hang on that side while adults could be in front area. I girl could dream. And one more bedroom for a total of 4 bedrooms. 😁🥰
It had a lovely kitchen and walk-in closet, but for me the home seems a little too close off, but I guess that’s because I’m use to a open concept in my home. But do love the cabinets in this home👍
I've seen a lot of Clayton home models on YT but this is the best I've seen. There are some other things that I would want in this home or change, if in a bigger size. I would need a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, some office space and a den, an electric fireplace , two windows each in the extra bedrooms, a bigger shower and I didn't see a coat closet near the livingroom but maybe I missed it. The kitchen sink for me, has to be in front of the window and I would put an electric cooktop on the island or on the countertop instead of having a stove, and also have the microwave above a wall oven. Otherwise, this is the style I like and don't want to change it but add on. I know the price would go up a little but it would be worth it and it's in South Carolina, a state I would consider moving to in the future.
This home is beautiful!! I prefer an open concept but this is very nice. I think the only thing that would be a deal breaker for me is that the master is way off in the living space. Since the living space is off to itself like that I feel like the master is just in the wrong space. You have to literally walk through the living room to get in or out of the master. The laundry is off the kitchen, which is fine, but if I have company and I’m trapped in my master and need something from the laundry and my company is waiting for me in the living I have to parade right through. Idk ... just my thinking.
The only problem I see with this is the windows by the big tub in the master bath . You will definitely need something in those windows , unless you want to flash someone .
These manufacturers need to double the hanging space in the closets by raising those shelves higer so you can have two rows all the way around the closet. It would triple the storage space. Just leave one smaller section for longer hanging clothes. Or better yet, ask the customer when they order it what they'd prefer. I do like this layout though. It's very nice.
Looked at this with my husband and I would do some changes take the sink out of the island and put it by the window closest to the frig, I would want the island white like the cabinets, and would want the countertops a lighter color and no half bath ,use that space for a closet the carpets in dark blue and soft chalk blue paint in all of the bedroomsand amedium blue in the bathroom and white trim throughout,an accent wall in the living room in a cadet blueAnd in the entry as an accent on the bottom 3/4 of the wall same on one wall in the dinning room!
Beautiful home that has 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Did the Jack and Jill bathroom have a shower or a bathtub shower combo? You did not move the shower curtain so we could see.
I also would like more drawers in the kitchen! I do like the half bath for guests and the master closet and laundry room is really nice. But the little linen area next to the shower in the master bath is kinda odd and I personally would like a bigger shower in the master and less room for the tub.
Ok this home is ok at best. Living Room no problems. Place to put your shoes and coat, very nice. But the kitchen way to many problems! Hardly any drawers! Every woman needs drawers. The potential is there but they chose just doors instead. Laundry room is nice but it's so narrow how is the washer and dryer gonna fit? Dryer on the left, why? everyone knows your dryer goes on the right cause your washer opens to the left. 82 grand and the air vents are still in the floor! Everywhere you need to put furniture there is a air cent. Window in bedroom way off in the corner. Needs to be centered. Oh then the outside want look cemetric? Ok so you're gonna leave that one window in the corner. Need to make that better. Please everyone This home could be better.
sherri butler right! Where are you going to put the bed in the master?? There is vents on every wall. Your supposed to center your bed. That way it’s the focal point when you walk in the bedroom. Unfortunately there’s A vent there.
Awesome place, I love it ! ❤️
Very nice home!
Now Dats a Master bathroom!!
Very beautiful home! Just wished it had the air vents in the ceiling
Thank you for this!!!
Nice video! My husband and I just closed on this home and will be moving in it by early Spring. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it!

SIMPLY ELEGANT ...LOVE the colors...It all goes...the finishes in the home are not competing..its WONDERFUL GUYS!! Thank you!
Love the Jack & Jill bathroom! Beautiful design 😊😍
I may be wrong, but I also thought the "water closet" he was referring to was called a Jack & Jill bath(room).
Nice to see a bit less of the trendy “open floor concept” and I like the half bath!
Absolutely stunning!!

I love welcoming people instantly into the living room

That's where you will put your house plants and trees!! Always kept my plants in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
That is a good idea Karen Michele Osburn !
Omg not me I'll be facing my woods and I am gonna be in love with it lol
Jack and jill bathroom....water closet is telling us ur age😀
Pretty nice except the finished ceiling. You need to have someone do a knock down on them. Looks pretty nice though.
Cathy Young I didn’t like the ceilings either. Too close to a popcorn ceiling for my taste.
Dammm that's nice for that base price

Any such thing as a modern double-wide with a single slope roof?
What's the door behind the bedroom door lead to..it's right when you're walking out of the bathroom.and next to the toilet???
I live this lay out on this home. Can you send me prices on your homes? Can I order one?
What's the base price
$138,147
Anyone know the name of this model?
Tyler Yarber Country Aire with Clayton Homes
Don't like that you have to walk past someone on the toilet to get in the closet in the master
Whats the price for the home

It's not trendy on the outside. I see NO difference between this home and one from 25 years ago, on the outside.
