The sparkle made me fat ! That weight loss thing has the exact opposite effect on me! I was hungry all the time . I used it as a juice to have at the gym where I go 6 days a week . I noticed my thighs were rubbing together as I walked ... I mean friction and I was like what the heck !!
My husband complained that he believes the supplement is making me fat ! I had to agree and I knew exactly which one it was too .
It’s the sparkle coz from day 1 I always felt hungry like 15 mins after taking it .
So no more ! I am going to stick with the white booster only and just use it twice coz I used to take it in the morning and then in The afternoon at the gym I would take the sparkle .
Now I have to loose this sparkle fat !!!!! It’s messed up my gym results and I was on it for a while .
Oh yeah .. it did brighten my skin but the weight gain is it a price I did not sign up to pay ! No mam!!
I’ve never even taken a supplement for weight loss I’ve always just worked out and adjusted my eating 🍽 but I thought it would be a bonus to have good skin and have help loosing weight but no ... that was not the case . I

Thank you for the video . Would you say that the sparkle power with additional vitamin c would be effective ? It seems like people promote the powder but then they push other supplements to say that if you use it together you will get results but it causes confusion as a consumer coz it’s saying basically that the phyto powders have no effect out with an additional supplement.
Why is that ?
It does work on it's own depending on your metabolism and your skin goals but with additional supplements it boosts the effect.
