Yes and my advice is to not make a desicion or promise in certain stages of emotion... Don't make a desicion during deep sadness and don't make a promise while being angry... Because it's not you in these moments. Take it from someone who knows... I went through this and it haunts you. It affected my life and changed it to a bad life until my mom took me out of this
