RiverFest 2023 🇮🇪 Limerick City, Ireland - 4k Drone view

It's been a while to say the least. I should have posted it much sooner, but was busy and did not have the time to put together the clips recorded during 2023 Riverfest. It was an awesome event as usual, the weather was not perfect, but good enough to allow us to celebrate. Hope you enjoy the clips!
Location:
Limerick is a city in western Ireland, in County Limerick. It is in the province of Munster and is in the Mid-West which comprises part of the Southern Region. With a population of 102,287 at the 2022 census, Limerick is the third-most populous urban area in the Republic of Ireland, and the fourth-most populous city on the island of Ireland. It was founded by Scandinavian settlers in 812, during the Viking Age.
The city straddles the River Shannon, with the historic core of the city located on King's Island, which is bounded by the Shannon and Abbey Rivers. Limerick is at the head of the Shannon Estuary, where the river widens before it flows into the Atlantic Ocean. Limerick City and County Council is the local authority for the city.

140,000 Visitors Embrace Riverfest Limerick 2023! The 19th Riverfest Limerick Festival drew massive crowds of people into Limerick City across the May bank holiday weekend. Families and festival fans enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display, stunning stunts on the River Shannon, a sizzling BBQ and live music at King John’s Castle. Over 60,000 people soaked up the atmosphere a the Riverfestival Village at Arthurs Quay Park with live music, good food and vintage amusements.

If I'm not mistaken, it was by the end of April. It's usually around this time of the year, hopefully we will have it again next year with an even better weather!
