We even told the guy that if an asian, especially filipinos come here you should entertain them because we do not get inside to this kind of store if we don’t have money to buy something.

We didn’t have a problem in Paris. Actually had a pleasant time in any of the stores. Maybe just bad timing Ms Diane? But I could be wrong too. It was your experience not ours. Sorry you didn’t have a good experience.
Come to London, people here are the most polite people I have ever met especially when buying in stores, they will entertain you no matter how you look. Because designers here are just nothing everyone can buy it.
So if I go to London and I will shop to Gucci or to Louis Vuitton they will not look at me like I can’t afford it. Or they will ignore me? Filipino here in Florida. Thank you.
I went to LV in New York on 5th Avenue, I never took it seriously that I was being ignored. I went in and started looking around and trying to make a decision which one should I buy? I looked as casual with my tennis shoes on and I never dressed up to look rich or presentable.i was simple and kept walking around. A saleslady asked me if there was anything she could do for me? I replied, not right now. Take your time and let us know when you are ready. So, I decided a bag, not too small or too big. I started making communication with her and started asking me until we carried out a conversation where I lived and she said, enjoy your vacation. I walked back to my hotel with my LV bag or purse I bought, I try not to use it as my regular or casual bag. I keep it in a bag that came with it most of the time. My last used was when we took our holidays in Tampa, Florida 🇺🇸in December 2023 through January 2024. One and only LV, one and only Prada bag or purse from Italy. I have few of Coach good size bag packs, wallet size to put my cellphone as well besides cash. Probably celebrities from Philippines 🇵🇭 wanted to be recognized by foreigners. I don’t know who is Diane Zubiri but because she started talking about being ignored by LV’s employee, it should never been mentioned at all. Don’t be too sensitive. January 2024 from California 🇺🇸. Walk in the store, and if you are ready then call one of them. Of course, We all need to know the price tag of any items.
There is a saying “When the poor buys designer things to look rich, only the poor will think they’re rich. The rich know they’re poor.” And the LV logo is usually the first sign.
I heard that it is their strategy to act snob and rude at the luxury stores it’s like a reverse psychology so that customers will be forced to prove that they can buy those things! It’s crazy but they said it is a marketing strategy 🤷🏻♀️
@@DianaZubiri noooo 😆! Never reward bad behavior, bad energy and negative, manipulative strategies. They don't deserve our energy, money, nor support. There are so many more beautiful and more excellent designer houses out there.
Kaya pala maganda ang pag approach nila samin nong pumunta kami sa LV Sydney dahil sa tingin siguro nila d namin afford hehe kasi baka ina apply lang nila yong strategy na yon kung sa tingin nila yayamanin.
In fairness to LV, they will not get another customer until the first customer is completely finished with the transaction. Eventide I go there they offer me drinks and very pleasant. They remember my name
Same thing happened to me at Cartier in New York. I was asked to wait and while waiting the sales people helped 4 other people that walked in after me. After 20 minutes of watching this I left. As I was leaving someone asked if I found everything I needed. I said ‘No- I was never helped’. They said they would find someone to help me- I replied ‘Don’t bother.’ Not a nice experience- it sucked.
When those staff are here in the UAE, they have been fired a long time ago, even the store may have been closed. Those Customers who enter the store with or without money must be handled properly. Bawal ang Bastos sa UAE.
Dpat hindi na masyado patronize mga high end brand kasi lalo sila yumayaman help local brands or small business owner will be a big help for them just sayin po❤ Merry Christmas☃️
The SAs in the Vancouver Canada location don't even greet me and I've bought a lot of stuff from them. The Manager however is exceptional so I look for him everytime I want to purchase something. But the SAs in Las Vegas and San Francisco so far are the best! They have treated me very well in my experience
It’s an Aussie thing , di ka pwedeng basta2x na lng mag interupt like kung may kausap sila , kc parag rude kc un sa kanila wait mo na matapos sila mag usap unless na lng emergency or pag pupunta ka sa store at nag shopping at may sineserve silang customer u really have to wait na sila ang lalapit sayo. Nung pumunta ako ng LV Brisbane branch naka pambahay lang ako , nag antay lang ako na may lumapit sakn and when it was my turn asikasong asikaso nila ako. Aussies doesn’t care about how u dress up. I was like that nung bago pa lang ako sa Australia at sinisita ako ng husband ko na mag antay.
Depends on the place. I went to Hermès ,naka scrubs nga Lang ako pero they accommodate me well here sa USA..they even showed me 3 Hermès bag na usually is a Lang dapat.. depends talaga sa sales person
Im sorry u had that experience. I never had that kind of experience here so far; everyone is so accomodating and Aussies when shopping , don’t like being approached by sales ladies that’s why I think the sales lady maintain their distance. It’s only v occasionally that they approach and ask u if they could help u with anything. If u say , not at the moment , they’d be like I’ll just be at the counter if u need anything . From my observation, we approach the sales lady if we have any questions. If they are still entertaining someone , we wait our turn ganun lng. But also just like everywhere else , meron din ung mga masungit na sales lady. It’s nothing to do with how u look , they’re just not happy with their jobs and take it out on the customers. Just my experience 😊
Loui Vuitton is a high-end type of store. You can not walk in with sweat pans or short because it makes them look cheap. Filipino cultute in the Philippines are different from other countries. ❤❤❤
Have an open mind! My “billionaire friend” Oprah went to a luxury shop in Switzerland and sadly was disrespected by a racist store staff. Perhaps the saleslady never recognized her or never knew her at all.
Oprah is a nobody in Switzerland or any hollywood star. There are several resort towns simply for the royaltys. They come in private airplanes. The ultra rich are conspicous not drama queen.
This is a lesson taught , eye opener or an experienced for celebrities that they are also human or normal as anyone when they go to different countries where they are not known unlike in their country or neighboring places where their popularity is evident , When approached by Fans and act as cold or negative although they took pictures and allowed them it should be a pleasant treatment and not being pressured and should feel proud the fan’s approach them , and go back to the time they were just building a name for themselves and getting the attention of fans is glorious feeling like asking your autographs and picture taking with them , for without the fans they would not be where they are now , so when this happens to them like your experienced at LV you will realize that your situation is the same with your fans that appreciates your attention or in other Words Being Nice with sincerity whoever you are !
Actually going to any luxury store it’s by appointment. If you dont have an appointment and they let you in, that’s nice of them. Do not expect that they will entertain you if you ask the ask of the item that you are eyeing on. Well as you’ve mentioned, many people are inside the store, which obviously means they are busy and no sales rep or sales associate available to assist you in the store. Please ‘ say that you understand and did this vlog that you ignore in the store. In this case, you don’t understand.
Walang appointment sa LV fyi, unless you're super rich o celebrity o Royalty na may exclusive appointment sa kanila, doon pwede kci sigurado cla na makakabenta ng mamahaling products nila
@@doods20fer41 You have to make an appointment FYI. You don't need to be super rich, celebrity, nor royalty. LV prefers everyone to make appointments. It helps when you tell them ahead of time the items you want to see, so they can prep it for you.
Oh, when you're at that fancy brand, you absolutely must not bother yourself with such trivial matters as asking about the price. No, no, that would simply imply that you couldn't possibly afford it! Lol
Sorry to hear about your bad experience but you have to get used to it because you will need an appointment to be entertained. Otherwise you will have to wait for your turn. Thats how it is in any LV store worldwide. It has nothing to do with you so don't take it the wrong way... Get it over with!
The way I understand it, those sales people there have already booked their clients for a certain time. Nobody will be available to help you if you just walk in.
I think everybody experienced the same way, how treat when walking into a luxury stores but as you get older, you learn not to care if they look at you up and down or the assume we can afford what I do now is that I walk there I ignore them when they come to me and they can help you And I tell them I’ll let you know if I need your help let me look around and when I do wanna see something I see about 5 to 6 items then I decided I’m gonna buy or not you have to stop to care what those sales lady thinks because they know better than you they have to assist us who walks on that store and they have to guess if we have money we don’t so who are they to judge anybody that walks into the store if they can’t afford anything even if they work for that store, they probably can’t even afford anything on that store sojust do what you do go into the store look around ask question and if they come to you and they can help you know not right now I’ll let you know when you’re able to help me when I’m ready to be help
Set facts straights po. ADL ang isa sa mga state sa Aussie na walang Louis Vuitton shop. Kung bago sila jan sa state nyo meaning they still adjusting dun sa crowd. LV shops are locate at NSW, VIC, Brisbane and Perth only + ADL now
I’ve been in and out sa LV store here in my city where I live sa California and wala akong nakitang discrimination. Hindi ako magtataka if the store was Hermes because dapat may appointment ka at di basta basta papasok ka na lang. mahigpit kasi ang security ngayon lalo na sa mga store nang mga luxury bags dahil sa mga nakawan lately. They don’t allow everyone to come inside the store and they limit customers.
In Hawaii theyre very nice, since lots of tourist japanese, Korean, Chinese, pinoy, Americans, etc no huzzle even in Japan ive got all my LV at GINZA not fake its expensive
Sad to hear because all of my experiences at LV from Europe to the US we were treated nicely at simply dressed lng ako. Pag busy I don't mind kung wala mag assist sa akin but I look around and I even touch displays hinahayaan lng nila ako(Milan). Minsan pag may line mas ok kc guaranted may mag assist pag nakapasok ka na(Paris/US).
I went to LV stores in Italy few years ago. So far, they treated as well. Even here in Toronto, Canada the staff are very accommodating.kung magnonosy ka sa mall Ka pumunta.
Being rude is a sales tactic that actually gets people to buy more. Experts are calling this the “Pretty Woman effect. when a salesperson assumes you can't afford something, you automatically want to prove them wrong 🤷🏻♀️
Worst in Paris. You fall on a very long line to enter the store. Then a tourist bus came with loads of chinese tourist and just entered the door without going on line. Then we wanted to get one bag but was undecided either way the other bag. We came back and the lady ignored us and when a Chinese approached her she gave the bag to the Chinese. We told her we will choose and go back to her!!!!! We ended very disappointed and we and my sisters were there to buy. We live in New Jersey USA.
It happens to me and my wife in Italy then i told my wife to grab any purses you want took out my black Amex then they started taking out all kinds of bags and jewelries lol 😂
I’m sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, Miss Zubiri. My cousin and I once had the opportunity to meet you, and while you did agree to take a photo with her, there was a noticeable lack of engagement on your part. It seemed as though you were either too preoccupied or perhaps felt it unnecessary to interact more personally with a fan. A simple enquiry about her name or how she was doing would have made a significant difference. This encounter unfortunately left us with a negative impression. In contrast, our interactions with other celebrities and sports stars in Australia have been overwhelmingly positive. Initially, I wondered if the issue with our meeting was rooted in cultural differences, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in Australia. I sincerely hope you see this as constructive feedback. Treating others with the same respect and kindness you would expect can profoundly impact your interactions. This experience could be a valuable learning opportunity to enhance the way you engage with your fans and the public.
It’s important to remember that when you choose to be a public figure, interactions with fans are part of the territory. Fans contribute significantly to a public figure’s popularity, and it’s only fair that they are met with some level of respect and appreciation. Being a public figure means being recognised by fans frequently. For someone who blogs publicly, attracting attention is inevitable. We don’t expect elaborate interactions; a simple greeting or a brief conversation would be sufficient. However, completely ignoring fans can come across as disrespectful. It’s disappointing to be disregarded, especially when you’ve noticed similar behavior towards others. While I understand the need for privacy, public blogging inherently invites public interaction. It would be more gracious to engage with people in a humble manner, rather than appearing aloof or superior. Acknowledging others and showing interest in how they are doing can make a significant difference in how you’re perceived as a public figure.
@@JetskiPH I want to clarify that my comments were not intended to be harmful or disrespectful. I’ve tried to maintain a respectful and cordial tone throughout our conversation. My remarks were merely based on personal observations, and I understand that miss zubiri doesn’t owe me anything. It’s actually my cousin who is a fan, not me. I also want to assure you that we haven’t intruded on anyone’s privacy. I’m concerned that you may be misinterpreting my intentions or making assumptions that aren’t accurate. It seems that there might be a tendency to escalate the conversation unnecessarily. My intention was not to create conflict or to present myself as superior in any way. It’s disappointing to see my words being twisted in a way that might misrepresent my perspective. I believe that my points are valid and were simply an observation, which has unfortunately been taken out of context.
And the fact she even posted the experience she had knowing whats the real reason why they were not “entertained” ssbhn pa nyng mg susuot dw sila ng maayos next time what do you mean 😂
I live in Australia and that’s normal. I don’t think na problem yan. One, they don’t get paid enough. Two, usually ganyan if they’ve already experienced this in the past. Three, I’m pretty sure because you had a celebrity status you’re used to people treating you nicely pero nasa Australia ka eh. I’m sorry if you’ve had this experience. Pero please understand that this is not a big deal and people are just blowing this out of proportion.
I agree, as you knew na tlgang dito sa australia, in one store/stall marami na ang tatlo na staff nila di kagaya sa atin in one department mas marami pa employees kesa sa customer kya thats not a big issue. Ska wala nmn sa kanila kc yan, nasanay lang tyo sa pinas lalo na pag artista ka todo asikaso ka,
Andaming nagsasabi that's their normal way. Pero my gosh, showing respect is still required in any customer service jobs. Sabi nga ni Diana kahit sabhin lang s kanila 'one moment pls' okay na. Hindi naman siya siguro mag-rereact mg ganyan kung hindi niya na feel yung disrespect. Kayo kaya ganyanin. Empathy nalang to our fellow kababayan. Mukha naman siyang mabait at down to earth. Sino ba naman maninira ng isang luxury brand diba. We've heard about this instances dati pa may mga ganyan din iba nakaranas. She's just sharing how bad she felt and expressing her feelings and sharinf her experience is valid.
Hmm.. I went to one & looked around. I couldn't remember if anyone acknowledged my presence. When I couldn't decide on the display, approached the counter ,asked for a catalogue and chose. Out of the store with my purse. Months later, I received an invite for the Store's Christmas Party. Unfortunately had to decline it was smack in the mid of my vacation. But it was in Vancouver that was the difference.. maybe. Just dress comfortably. Don't give them reason to prove their bias. You already know that.
I've been at Louie Vuitton in Rome, Italy. I found them (employees) very accomodating . I never had a problem asking if I could take a look of different bags on display. As a matter of fact, I asked if I could go to the restroom. The saleslady told me to go upstairs. They have an office upstairs or rather 2nd floor.
She probably didn’t buy anything. Cause if she bought something she would mention it on her vlog. She just went back to the store for another price shopping and still she couldn’t afford it. 🤪

I said you know what I don't need to know the price I will buy it whatever is the price. They were shocked and I paid with my credit card and the cost was 400 Euros. After I paid I told them do I look like I don't have money to pay. I earn $4000 a month and that is your 4 months salary.
Washington DC , LV, Hermes , Dior,Gucci, Chanel and many well known brands. They’re very very accomodating. No racism, they entertain every people from all walks of life. As long you have money to buy, they don’t care…. I made a friend from Hermes , Lv and Chanel. They’re so nice people. From Chanel they’re texting me for new stuff. Me? Just a domestic helper from the Philippines….❤❤
I take it this happened not too long ago. It's the holiday season. It's best to go through the website before your visit so that you know to ask the client advisors about seeing certain items. Also, don't go when they are busy. Sometimes the few staff that are working are already assisting other clients or preparing items for clients who have appointments or are coming to pick up items from their wishlists. I went to the boutique on Christmas day and they were really busy. Even the manager was helping a client and her husband with a lot of ready-to-wear apparel and shoes. I just walked in on Christmas and once the boutique slowed down a bit, they were very accommodating. One other thing. It's best to have your kids with your husband outside of the boutique. There are so many expensive things around and they could get hurt around glass showcases, displays, or opening and closing of drawers with merchandise. Luxury boutiques are "You break it, you buy it" kind of places.

Oh wow first time I heard that but makes sense I guess haha I came back 😂
@@DianaZubiri noooo 😆! Never reward bad behavior, bad energy and negative, manipulative strategies. They don't deserve our energy, money, nor support. There are so many more beautiful and more excellent designer houses out there.
Bawal ang Bastos sa UAE.
true❤
Excellent.Customers must be treated equally & with respect & dignity.👍🇺🇲❤️😀
Dpat hindi na masyado patronize mga high end brand kasi lalo sila yumayaman help local brands or small business owner will be a big help for them just sayin po❤ Merry Christmas☃️
Merry Christmas to you po
agree. mayaman na sila.
Kung yan ang gusto mo GO, huwag mo lang pilitin ang iba na gustuhin ang ayaw nila
The SAs in the Vancouver Canada location don't even greet me and I've bought a lot of stuff from them. The Manager however is exceptional so I look for him everytime I want to purchase something. But the SAs in Las Vegas and San Francisco so far are the best! They have treated me very well in my experience
So then go to next shop ! No big deal about it 😮
Nakakatawa naman kayo miss Diana.. Iba ang cultura Nila sa kuktura natin mga Filipino
Merry Christmas to you're Family have a great day🥰
Ms. D here in Sweden po mga S.A in LV are so polite and approachable😍 they can give you pa free paper bag, dustbags and free cleaning of chains.😊
Oh wow that's nice
It’s an Aussie thing , di ka pwedeng basta2x na lng mag interupt like kung may kausap sila , kc parag rude kc un sa kanila wait mo na matapos sila mag usap unless na lng emergency or pag pupunta ka sa store at nag shopping at may sineserve silang customer u really have to wait na sila ang lalapit sayo. Nung pumunta ako ng LV Brisbane branch naka pambahay lang ako , nag antay lang ako na may lumapit sakn and when it was my turn asikasong asikaso nila ako. Aussies doesn’t care about how u dress up. I was like that nung bago pa lang ako sa Australia at sinisita ako ng husband ko na mag antay.
Kahit kami hindi naman kami bumibili pero
Inaasikaso pa rin, patingin tingin lng 😂😂😂😂
Oprah Winfrey been snubbed years ago with the thought she cant afford to buy a luxurious bag. She even can afford to buy whole boutique.
Depends on the place. I went to Hermès ,naka scrubs nga Lang ako pero they accommodate me well here sa USA..they even showed me 3 Hermès bag na usually is a Lang dapat.. depends talaga sa sales person
@@doods20fer41hahaha
In some stores they need you to have an appointment or register ahead of your visit. I read or seen before Sharon and Regine had the same experience.
Yay sounds really expensive no
YES!!!! why are people praising brands like they are gods! The truth is, the real classy ones are not big about brands.
@@Lipstick5789 aminin wala lang kayo pambili kaya tumahimik kayo
The sales lady is maybe ignorant. Does not know whose famous Oprah Winfrey shows.
Oprah is a nobody in Switzerland or any hollywood star. There are several resort towns simply for the royaltys. They come in private airplanes. The ultra rich are conspicous not drama queen.
This is a lesson taught , eye opener or an experienced for celebrities that they are also human or normal as anyone when they go to different countries where they are not known unlike in their country or neighboring places where their popularity is evident ,
When approached by Fans and act as cold or negative although they took pictures and allowed them it should be a pleasant treatment and not being pressured and should feel proud the fan’s approach them , and go back to the time they were just building a name for themselves and getting the attention of fans is glorious feeling like asking your autographs and picture taking with them , for without the fans they would not be where they are now , so when this happens to them like your experienced at LV you will realize that your situation is the same with your fans that appreciates your attention or in other Words Being Nice with sincerity whoever you are !
Same po tayo kahit everyday sinigang. Sobrang sarappp tpos marami veggies ❤❤
Oh, when you're at that fancy brand, you absolutely must not bother yourself with such trivial matters as asking about the price. No, no, that would simply imply that you couldn't possibly afford it! Lol
Advance Merry Christmas to all🎄🎄🎄
Merry Christmas to you ❤

Thanks very much
Sorry to hear about your bad experience but you have to get used to it because you will need an appointment to be entertained. Otherwise you will have to wait for your turn. Thats how it is in any LV store worldwide. It has nothing to do with you so don't take it the wrong way... Get it over with!
that's the dilemna sa mga famous brands,(choosy at racist) ata, they should be friendly and accomodating all the time☺️🙏❤️
Yes true po ❤
it also happened to me dito sa US 🤪
A piece of advice, don’t go to LV unless you have plan to buy something. If you are just doing window shopping, go to a mall.
Believe me after pandemic and world's chaos now they will approaching everybody to have sales.
Juice koh. Mag tagalog ka nalang mhii.
In Hawaii theyre very nice, since lots of tourist japanese, Korean, Chinese, pinoy,
Americans, etc no huzzle even in Japan ive got all my LV at GINZA not fake its expensive
Yes I have had good experiences in other places around the world

Sad to hear because all of my experiences at LV from Europe to the US we were treated nicely at simply dressed lng ako. Pag busy I don't mind kung wala mag assist sa akin but I look around and I even touch displays hinahayaan lng nila ako(Milan). Minsan pag may line mas ok kc guaranted may mag assist pag nakapasok ka na(Paris/US).
Never had a problem too, just got back from Spain we were treated nicely
I went to LV stores in Italy few years ago. So far, they treated as well. Even here in Toronto, Canada the staff are very accommodating.kung magnonosy ka sa mall
Ka pumunta.
Being rude is a sales tactic that actually gets people to buy more. Experts are calling this the “Pretty Woman effect. when a salesperson assumes you can't afford something, you automatically want to prove them wrong 🤷🏻♀️
Of course not!
Even Ophra Winfrey was snubbed in that store, hope this time u will be accommodated❤️🇺🇸
Oh yes I think I saw that before

Worst in Paris. You fall on a very long line to enter the store. Then a tourist bus came with loads of chinese tourist and just entered the door without going on line. Then we wanted to get one bag but was undecided either way the other bag. We came back and the lady ignored us and when a Chinese approached her she gave the bag to the Chinese. We told her we will choose and go back to her!!!!! We ended very disappointed and we and my sisters were there to buy. We live in New Jersey USA.
Practical pa bang bumili ang LV at this point of time?
Yeah why not?! Pag kaya mo yong price go for it! You only live once, so enjoy life. As long you can afford it! 😊

😊 12:48 @@JetskiPH

I didn't dress well, and I didn't mind the sales assistant, all I care is to buy my dream bag

Wow naman po. Salamat ❤
Naka ayos na pala kayo ng lagay na iyan ???

Hello miss beautiful Di..and family.A happy holidays and a blessed days to come..🙏😊❤❤❤
Have a blessed day
Nice that's the experience that should happen 😊

It happened to me in Rome, Italy. I went to Trussardi store and asked for the price of the purse. I was ignored by the staff and they were talking in Italian. I said you know what I don't need to know the price I will buy it whatever is the price. They were shocked and I paid with my credit card and the cost was 400 Euros. After I paid I told them do I look like I don't have money to pay. I earn $4000 a month and that is your 4 months salary.

Weh?! Di nga?!😂
