Thanks so much for watching and commenting 😊 I like gorilla super glue because it sticks super quick. Very handy when it’s on vertical surfaces or if you’re impatient like me 😉
Such fun inspiration for the use of the IOD moulds. I, too, love the mug tree idea to help with drying time. Thank you for the great instructional video.👏🏻😍
Been working on my ornaments for the last week now & I just love them. They're so easy & fun to make. The coffee cup holder is a brilliant idea! I'll have to look at the thrift store for one. Thxs!
Loved these so much. Could the balls be painted a different color and add the IOD molds? Just wondering in my head how that would look too! I liked how the gold brought out the details in each piece, really pretty.
Thanks so much for watching Cathy 😊 Yes I think you good definitely do a different base colour on the balls than the ornaments. Id just carefully paint the moulds before gluing them down 😊
So beautiful. I'm just beginning working with air dry clay and I was wondering if you allow the clay to dry before you did the chalk paint...thank you, Merry Christmas...
Thank you 😊 I often do a light coat of paint on my clay castings before they’re completely dry as it sometimes helps reduce cracking but I don’t do any detail painting until they are completely dry. Merry Christmas 🎄
Hi thanks for watching, it’s a sealing clear coat by Dixie Belle that you use to protect your paint & you can decoupage with it. I use it before I do glazing too as it allows me to wipe it back in areas. 😊
Those are nice painted ornaments w mould casings! Jingle bows, bells etc.

Do you have to wait for the clay to dry before you paint them?
I often do 1 coat of paint before the clay dries and they add more paint on details when the clay is dry 😊
Thank you.
How do you keep from getting the superglue all over your hands? I tried this and I had glue on my fingers for a week!
I use a combination of super glue and wood glue and I always keep baby wipes nearby to clean my hands as I go.
what is satin clear coat? thanks

Can u actually make any $ with these?
Hi I’m using them for personal use but yes I have had people want to buy them.
When done do u not need to seal them with acrylic spray or wax?
I just seal them with a brush on coat of sealer but a spray would work too.
