Your editing is clean and well thought out. Having a review torque table at the end is a nice touch. Your camera work is clean and the sound is very good also. Your complete instructions leave no questions on accomplishing the install. In short, I give you an A+ on it. People like the douche who gave it a thumbs down have no idea of the time you took putting this together with the shooting and editing. I'm betting the "thumbs downers" have no channel nor have ever seen what it takes to make a video such as yours and they need to try making a video before hitting the thumbs down button. Further, great information for the DIY mechanic as an aid in the installation of this header. The part looks very nice and high quality. On my Chieftain, I have the Freedom True Dual Headers with the factory Indian Stage 2 slip on mufflers which are pretty much straight through. I have the Stage 3 cams and the Stage 1 circular Indian air cleaner. Yes... now these two Chieftains sound like they look. Awesome. I couldn't believe the difference the removal of the CAT made. I believe yours sounded like you have after market cams as well? Nice bike and a great job producing this video. I give you a subscribe and a hearty thumbs up. I thank you for your kind efforts to help folks out as well. You can look at a few videos I have done on my channel. They are not near as good as yours is however. I started watching and couldn't stop, I know the hippie lettuce didn't have anything to do with it! Great instructions man. It's basically the same as all the other head pipes and exhaust, you know as far as installation goes. You didn't miss a beat. Ride Safe.
Norman Kohn it is fairly simple. Leave everything a bit loose until you get your heat shield alignment set then tighten from the head back. I’ve got a rush system I’m installing so I’ll have a backup for you if you make a mistake. But I don’t think you will. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out.

Great video. I just purchased the Voodoo OTB, and Power Commander myself, as well a set of Bassani 4” slip ons. Cant wait to get it all on. Currently I have open headers, I sent them out to have the carts removed. Do you think I’d gain anything performance wise from open stock headers to jackpot heads?
Great video. My disappointment with the Jackpot was (other than it was nearly impossible to get the right muffler onto the header pipe!) was the ugly and ineffective pipe clamp. I watched carefully how you placed yours, but mine never tightened up and the overly long screw of the clamp sticks out notably over the chrome on the bike. I can't tell from the video, but yours does not appear to stick out as much?
Quit bitchin' Paul. A cut-off disk will knock that extra length off in a jiffy. And go to O'Reilly and get or rent a muffler tool. It is a large expandable mandrel one slips into muffler and spreads muffler pipe open. My advice is study the situation before resorting to internet. Comments like yours make us old dudes look..........dumb.

I will be doing it in the Spring for sure! I was just reviewing the Video again and I do not see the Torque spec required to tighten the head pipe bolt covers, I am talking about the covers with the fins. Do you know the spec? Thank you again...Dave
Since it’s a 3 part upgrade I won’t really be able to isolate gains to only the pipe, however, a tune update is required and I will give a seat of the pants power update once it’s all done.

Could definitely tell the difference before leaving my 25 mph short street and hitting highway. I highly recommend this modification for all 111's. Recently traded for 2019 Chieftain Classic and header went on with full stage 3 mods before bike left dealer. Love it!

It sure did. I couldn’t measure the engine temps but the radiated heat from the engine was significantly less than with the cat in.

I bought the wrong gaskets and ended up reusing the originals. Worked fine, no issues at all.

Sounds good. I think your setup will be very strong and would see negligible increases with the jackpot.

I had mine welded to eliminate the clamps no problems with it

Russ it is not a true duel (2-2). It is a 2-1-2.

They are the standard baffles on the 4” slip-ons.
