Ricky Joe Sanford... Do you know how to do a Google Search? All one has to do is type in the words: "trump defaults on loans" and pages and pages of articles come back about "Deutsche Bank". All one has to do is ask a few basic common knowledge question: 1) Is it not true that Trump had multiple bankruptcies? 2) Is it not true that banks will not loan you money if you've have previous bankruptcies? You've heard of a Credit Report, right?
I can say from personal experience that Deutsche Bank does not operate as a "normal" bank. They closed a whole department responsible for client investments without informing the clients. As I had a large investment under their management, it was a terrifying experience trying to get my money out. I did eventually get my money out, but I learned along the way that Deutsche Bank is terrible to deal with unless you are at the top of their client list. Even mid-range investors are treated like dirt by Deutsche Bank.
It makes me lose hope. I know some of the N. European deal with the bad bankers. Come on Germany, Iceland is making you look like the liars and cheats on Wall St.

The "liars loans" of mortgage money to unqualified borrowers were the direct result of the housing bubble. As long as house prices increased in perpetuity, nobody cared whether the loans defaulted, because if the borrower defaulted, the house could be re-sold at a profit, and the original mortgage paid of with the re-sale proceeds.

What is interesting in this story is that a huge anonymous deposit of money, I mean really HUGE, went into a little, tiny, provincial rural bank in Luxembourg around the time this case began to emerge about the Deutsche Bank. So if Trump in the future takes a trip Luxembourg, it will not be for rest and relaxation or possibly to escape prosecution, as the case may be, with his family after his presidency.

@@mrandersson2009 I caught it off a channel RDWolff Economic Update on internet radio while driving and was paying more attention to the story than the details of the story, so the bank name escapes me, I can't recall it, a day or two from now it'll come back to me, I was concentrating on my driving. still, it is good enough of a lead for you, narrowed down to one source for you to follow it up.
What it also did was artificially raised the price of housing meaning it artificially raised property taxes for 10's of millions of regular households which also justified massive increases in rent prices which weren't justified especially not justified by the rate of pay people make. Something which still hasn't been fixed=the price of housing & rent is still 30+% higher than it should be meaning all of the material-industries etc. connected which is just about everything is causing austerity upon the general public. This is economic warfare it's a war crime being carried out by an oligarchy posing as the government who are just puppets of the owners of the major corporations-banks who work hand in hand playing off of each other.
It's also cheap money flowing in from China that has led to property price explosions from London, NY, San Fran, Vancouver, Sydney.

Sounds like the real estate bubble in which banks were told by Congress to make bad loans because people needed to own their own houses. Or when Greece was told you need to take new loans from Deutche Bank so you can pay the interest on your existing loans.
