- The rust behind the passenger seat has been cut of the 1978 Datsun 280z floor pan. Now we need to fabricate some patch panels to fill it in preparation for dropping the floor pan in.

Oh. The voice over is good. I like all the different ways you record and share. Very informative. Good job.
I like the way you treat your tools by oiling them first!
Gotta keep everything in good shape!
I absolutely love your videos. The attitude of "I'll make it work" is awesome. I'm the same way. If you grind a Little grove on the foot of your c clamp, it will help with clamping your tube to your work bench. You can do it to either end, and parallel or perpendicular to the clamp foot. Keep up the good work.
Edit. Sheet metal screws work good as clamps too
Grinding a groove on the c-clamp is a good idea.
Excellent I like the voice over!! Nice change!!!
It’s looking great
great to see that electric die grinder being used. Super cool to see how far you have honestly come since three months ago, really great progress.
Thanks I appreciate it a lot.
I just bought a 77 280z and it also has a moonroof and is a rust bucket. this is by far the coolest build to follow because it feels like watching a tutorial series for MY car project haha excellent work man
Love it! Hopefully I can be helpful to you. Keep me updated on the project!
Voice over is good idea!!
Good to know!
I'm liking this. Looks like a good project 👍
Thanks 👍
Very nice work bro!!! You’re getting real good at that!!
Thanks 👍
Not sure what year but I have a 280zx with similar rust, started gutting the interior before the winter. Your videos help a lot with what I got to prepare for, Thank you and keep it up!
also not sure if I'll keep the same engine, you got a JZ swap coming, others do RB or LS, not there yet so again not sure what I'll do.
Remember there's always more rust than you first think.
Around How long do you hold the blow gun at the weld?
Rough estimate - 3 seconds? I can get an exact time later when I hop on the comp and look at my footage.
