That is a good question. Sealing vinyl will cause the vinyl to peel up and vinyl should not be used near food. It would have to be just for decoration. That is why we like to use clear cutting boards and put the vinyl underneath.
Thanks for the tutorial. I’m going to try this with the joy but just turn the letters the long way maybe or print them individually some way. I think it’s possible but I want the wording to say something else.
With permanent vinyl, you don't need too. Some people like to, but it's just a personal preference. In our opinion, it's not necessary with the permanent vinyl. Hope that helps!
First, check to make sure you have your correct machine selected! Otherwise, you may just have to size your design down a fuzz. The largest a Cricut Maker or Explore can cut is 11.5x23.5" - hope that helps!
What if I wanted to use the glitter viynal? The back side is different
That is true. Vinyl is not food safe so you will want to put the vinyl backwards underneath no matter what. Unless it is only for decoration.
Hi if we put vinyl on bamboo cutting board how can we seal it?

Where do you get your cutting boards
Unfortunately, I am not sure where this one came from. Sorry about that.

You are so sweet, Lacey! Thank you for stopping by our channel! 🥰
Great work. Why you didn't stain the vinyl for protection?
We wanted to be able to change out the quotes a few times a year! 💛
Should you put anything on to seal the vinyl if your making it for a gift ?

I cleaned my board with alcohol, but still had a lot of bubbles
Try placing the design in smaller sections. When doing a big design sometimes it's hard to get it to lay flat all at once.
How about using holographic vinyl?
You could definitely try that!
mine keeps saying that its to big
