For me, strengthening-exercises (especially quadriceps) have done nothing in order to get pain-relief. I was already into strengthening, before i developed knee-OA, i tried to continue my routines, but slowly i got more and more limited due to pain. And i was not doing anything crazy. Today, i have problems with stairs etc at 47.

I reduced my weight (from around 95 Kg to around 70 Kg) via the WFPB diet, which really helped! Give it a shot!
@@revolutionarydefeatism i already ate wfpb before i developed OA and don´t have that much exessive weight to lose. But thanks anyway and good luck.
