@@annibunny5968 thanks! I loved ACOTAR so I’m excited.
I decided to use the prompts you gave in this video for my TBR bc I thought that was fun, this comment is long but what a fun idea with the prompts!
low star prediction: ravensong by tj klune bc I read wolfsong in january and thought it was…not great but ravensong follows my favorite character from that one so at least I have hopes
1000 page book: I’m doing two 500+ page books in the same series and calling it a day, the clockwork prince and clockwork princess bc I’m rereading those
color in the title: one of the only books I own with a color in the title that I haven’t read yet is delilah green doesn’t care and yes I’m counting it even though it’s a name
library book: just checked out the jasad heir, live laugh love the library!!
audiobook: I have so many but I’m going to finish my current read called reforged by seth haddon
a book that’s been on the tbr: well met by jen deluca bc I’ve had it checked out for…over a month…..
I don’t have any duologies started so I went with the start a new trilogy one lol: this is perfect because I’ve also had a long way to a small angry planet by becky chambers checked out for a month
thanks for the prompts and hope you love your tbr, I did not love powerless but I didn’t hate it so wishing you well on it!
Awh I love this so much!! I hope you have a great reading month! 💛
Well Met is such a perf spring read imo, I hope you enjoy 👒🍃
My TBR for march is Milk Blood Heat, Twisted Lies, The Hobbit, The Nightingale, The house in the cerulean sea and finally finish Iron Flame 😅. Good luck on yours ❤
My March tbr is Harry Potter, A Soul of Ash and Blood, Dark Fae, Keeper of the Lost Cities: Stellarlune, and Fallen.
Solid tbr!
I wasn't crazy about Powerless ... thought it was ok. Hopefully you will have better luck!
Fingers crossed!
I also have that illumicrate edition of Song of Silver Flame Like Night and that separation of the pages in that specific spot also chipped some of the paint off for me
I need to be careful omg
Loved powerless so much!!!
i'm so excited to give it a go!
I tried Powerless but couldn't get into it. I have it coming back soon in Libby so I'll see if it was a wrong time thing or if I don't like it.
Unpopular opinion: I liked The Stolen Heir more than The Cruel Prince series. I think part of it is Cruel Prince was so hyped and it wasn't what I expected.
My March TBR is: We Hunt the Flame and The Wolf and the Woodsman. Anything else is good.
Have you read The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea? That's based off a Korean myth and was one my favorite books of last year.
I haven't read that one yet, but I've seen it around! I absolutely loved We Hunt the Flame, so I hope that you do too!!
@@oliviareadsalatte Definitely check it out; it's like a Ghibli movie in text.
I started studying a masters degree in the same week that all of my library holds came in, so I have been playing catch-up for ALL of March 🤪 Honestly if I finish two books this month it'll be a massive win (CR: Murder crossed her mind - Stephen Spotswood)
I hope you’re enjoying your reads!
I intended to read The Lunar Chronicles, but now I’m rereading the Grishaverse, and Heartstopper V1-5 + novellas are next😂
The lunar chronicles is so good!
🐢🌷✨
My March TBR includes:
1.) The Maidens
2.) The Spare Room
3.) Dead Silence
4.) Catherine House
5.) My Dearest Darkest
Happy Reading!!
A wonderful TBR!
i disliked serpent and the wings of night also lol (i think that’s what ur referring to when u say ‘the other series’) 🫠
Yes it was!
I just started Powerless (on page like 23) and it’s too early for me to tell weather I like it or not yet, but interested to see what you think of it.
I liked the little bit I read so far, so we’ll have to see what we both think!
when u said “book with color in the title” i thought it meant like a book that has color IN the title, VS a color as a word in the title
so when you held up that book i was like “there is no color, tho?”
eventually it clicked but it’s shameful how long it took me
why am i like this
I’m dead 💀
I really enjoyed Tress! I will say, at least look at the pictures in the special edition while you read because they really add something. Also, the colors of the chapter headings mean something and change as you read them.
I will!
excited to see your thoughts on powerless! i haven’t read it and im torn on whether i should or not
we'll see 👀 I love to buy into hype but I'm also always suspicious of it 😂
🐢 🌷 ✨
💛💛💛
So, I still don’t know how I feel about Powerless and I finished it a month ago 😅
👁️ 👁️
there's definitely a third book pending in the None Shall Sleep series but I think you get away with it because you're right, nothing announced and nothing official so TECHNICALLY right now it's a duology
hehhee, I love a good technicality 😂
It was confirmed in a Q&A on goodreads. Someone asked 5 months ago if there would be a third book and the author replied yes and that she had already started writing it.
Who knows what I'm reading this month 🤷 but I'm currently reading Black Leopard Red Wolf
I hope you’re enjoying!!
I have an arc of powerless 🫣
👀
i loved the idea of a character with face blindness but the "probably temporary" is kind of throwing me off it. my sister has had face blindness her whole life (it can be something you're born with or caused by a brain injury of some kind). i think i'll have to look more into how it's portrayed because it could still be well-done! i love that 'read a library book' is just a free space for you, because it's the same for me. i looove reading library books!
i'm catching this soo far into march but i'm reading The Turnaway Study by Diana Greene Foster (nonfic), 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King, and A Light in the Flame by Jennifer L Armentrout. probably a few more, but that's next in the lineup.
Well have to see how it pans out!
❤❤❤
💛💛
I wouldn't mind getting an entire video of Ginger Bean's opinion on March! Just saying. 😏
Hahahaha imagine 🐈
💜📚
🐕🫶🏻💛
the content I needed as I pack to move
I hope you like These Violent Delights but I very much didnt.... However, a rec for you is These Violent Delights by Micah Nemerver LOL. It is more creepy, obessive cult vibes so my OCD said "um yes. a million times yes"
It’s a reread, and I did love it the first time! But I’ll definitely keep my eye out for this other one 👀

💛💛💛
Everyone I've seen read powerless say it's alright but not amazing and that it didn't live up to the hype so I always wonder WHO is hyping it up😭 everyone thinks is just ok
There’s a tooooon of girlies on booktok who hyped it a lot when it first released
Hello Stranger isn’t as good as The Bodyguard. HOWEVER Things We Save in a Fire is, if you ever decide to pick that one up.
I want to read both of them!
I think it's time to throw away that 1000page prompt, it's never going to spark joy and it really likes to be picked.
hahhaa I debate it, but I know I'll be able to do it eventually!
It will be a glorious day when you get to slay that book dragon.@@oliviareadsalatte
