The Nike LeBron 8 ‘HWC’ aka Hardwood Classic is inspired by the Cleveland Cavaliers 1987 jerseys and is making a return during 2021.
This Nike LeBron 8 comes dressed in a Varsity Royal, Orange Blaze, Total Orange and White color combination. Highlighted with Royal Blue suede across the base while Bright Orange is applied to the laces, tongue, midsole, and translucent outsole. Lastly, we have White on the Swoosh and midsole.

I got my HWC 8s from SX for under retail and I was HYPED because I just love the design and colourway. I didn't even know about that shoe until people started making videos about it last year but knowing how classic is is made me excited anyway. I also love the Watch The Throne 9s.
So glad these shoes have been pretty slept on. This was my high school years. I had a pair of 7s, bang 9s & Jade & Prism 10s. Gunna be doing trades soon to grab shoes ive missed like the Beachs & Thrones.

Why has no one talking about the Lebron 9s Watch the Thrones. I think they’re a holy grail and they finally came out at the beginning of this year
The 9s will release this year then the 10s will release next year then they’ll bring back the 11s in 2024, and they’ll definitely bring back the what the colorways in the 9s 10s and 11s, pretty much the models reminiscent of his heat days when he switched from 23 to 6 and notice how he did it again, it’s like he’s paying homage to those days

When I saw that box in the thumbnail, I thought you were about to unbox a pair of Watch The Thrones. Managed to get those and Space Jam 8s for way under retail.
Nike basketball was different back then. Still never got a pair of hyper dunks but those mismatched Cav 8s were a masterpiece. Feel like Nike tried to recapture that magic with the mismatched Lakers Media Day's from a year or so ago but they just didn't hit the same.
