I am ex athiest. I used to mock christians and say it was all just a fairy tale to help people die in peace. Until i overdosed and stood before Jesus. His face is as bright as the sun. I couldnt see any details of his face but i could see his arms were held out like to hug me and they were a dark tan color, not white or black. Which makes sence remembering he was born in the middle east desert!! When he held out his arms the light got brighter and i felt so much love and peace and raw power that i cant even find the right words to describe them. Jesus is God in the flesh. God is a trinity. All power the father has Jesus also has. He has existed with the father since before the earths creation.

He forgives us. Alone we can't be sober. But with God we can. I got a message from God that every time I trade money for drugs or alcohol I'm making a contract to allow evil into my life. After that I failed and completed those transactions and it resulted in nothing but heartache. That view point ultimately helped me stop my self sabotaging behavior

This is a good one, I actually started seeing the shadow figures after I was saved. Full blown spiritual warfare, God taught me how to wage war on them.
Rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ, they have to obey that command. Works everytime.

I too was taken to hell but to me it's more of a marsh filled with shit and piss. In this disgusting bog were poor souls all naked and armed with spears as if they were waiting for demons to attack them. The whole place stank terrible terrible condition for the poor souls in there

Our free will is a big responsibility. It gives us the precious identity of God's children and not that of slaves or robots (exactly what evil servants are presently pursuing) but at the same time it is difficult to manage. The trick is to let God do the job instead of having our poor brains (which have been wounded by the original Sin and consequently very weak and prone to mistake) prevail. Complete trust in Whom is not mistakeable. On this earth don't we trust our parents or alternatively those who really love us to suggest us what to do for our own final good? Only unconditional love (and God is only Love and Good and also our Father who dearly loves His children) can guarantee us the best instructions (not sin, not atrocieties and so on) to reach the best for us/Heaven where only joy and love abide. Love attracts love as evil attracts evil..so we will be able to join the Place where love is, only if we contain in our souls a certain amount of love inside! Only on this earth Good and evil coexist (as here is where we have to choose) but on the other side they are well separated. If we go beyond the veil containing more of one of the two... that's where we'll go. More good...where Good is .....more evil ...where evil is!!! God is also very merciful though and will never give up on each one of us as it was for Anthony!

After all when Jesus came to earth His first apostles and disciples where led to follow Him (who is the Truth, the Way, the Life) only by the power of the Holy Spirit which made them face a tremendous and brave revolution in their life and persevere on that path. The perfect knowledge of the Scriptures (old Testament) could nothing with Scribes, Pharisees and Doctors of the Law! This showing that mere memorization of the Word of God remains lifeless. Only the Holy Spirit can vivificate and stimulate a deep understanding of God's things. Real believers are those who have been touched by our Heavenly Father's Spirit! This sounds very similar to my experience. First I went up into a beautiful valley, but later I sank down into what was obviously a demonic realm. I saw horrifying things.
You Nana was so very happy you came to Christ. I am praying for my Grandson and his wife and Children. I believe God will answer my prayers. I pray all my children, grandchild and great grandchildren.

Why, bad trips and hallucinations can seem real to the person. I would not take this very serious. I did shrooms and had neg experience but didn't go to hell

I can attest to this.
I have memories of hell from taking shrooms. The first level down was a nonstop psychological loop.
There was no past and no future, it was a constant awful present.
No memories, no language, no gender. It was hell but it was like the first level down, where you become purified of all other emotions so the only thing you can possibly feel forever, is fear and panic.

I tried Shrooms once and I laughed, cried and hallucinated. I do believe drugs open a portal for bad spirits but I think everyone’s situation is different because Shrooms made me accept that I have feelings and want to have emotional connections with people again. No therapist or psychiatrist could cure me not could a pill but love and acceptance from a friend along with that trip cured me. God protected my mind but that doesn’t mean people who have a bad trip aren’t protected. They could be being used to tell there experiences
Yup I agree!! This guy sounds like he had a bad trip. I am sober nowadays but mushrooms helped me heal some inner issues I didn’t want to face. Also I think if someone isn’t in the right state of mind evil entities can make you have a bad trip. I’ve experienced both positive and negative experiences. It seemed whenever I wasn’t present and my mind drifted is when I felt like evil had been around me leaching off of my energy to keep me anxious but when I was present and thinking positively it was an incredible experience shared with myself and those around me. I am unequally yoked with my husband because I have developed my longing for Christ, Jesus and God. Whenever I try to talk to my husband about Jesus or testimonies or peoples experiences, or even my own, I can just see the uncomfortable body language in him. It is really like he is being controlled by a dark force.. Hi, don't know really what to do. I know that I'm not going to leave my husband because he is a good man. He's a good provider. He is just stubborn and his heart is hardened when it comes to talk about Jesus and religion. The further I am drawn to Jesus, the harder his heart becomes, and it's just so sad, and I do pray for the Lord to come to him in his dreams, or some supernatural way right now Jesus is the only one who can melt that heart of Stone.

I had a similar experience with acid LSD , before I came to the lord I was on drugs meth crack heroin , then I stopped using them hard drugs cause i started seeing demons and spirits , then I become a alcoholic and started tripping on lsd, the last trip I had was a bad trip and I believe I died and went to hell, i heard the voice of God telling me , “ I gave you everything back after your battle with hard drugs and this is how you say thanks” then what I believe was a angel that dragged me from hell back to the physical world, then later after that I gave my life to Jesus and I stayed sober and clean , but when I would relapse on alcohol or try to some weed, I would start hearing voices and seeing spirits and demons high on weed,
I used to smoke weed all the time before I got save and I thought it was fun and cool , but when I came to Jesus I was filled with wisdom and now if I get High, I know that is not fun, its a trap laughing all the time for any little reason is not normal
As a child I remember seeing these shadow like people that would walk in & out of the walls in my bedroom.
I too feel like it followed me for many years. Eventually when I became a teen, this one night I felt like I was paralyzed with fear. I was awake in my mind but couldn’t move.
This would go off & on for years but this one night I remember feeling the tingling numb sensation come over me. I would get this overwhelming feeling of dread & that there was a dark presence in the room that was causing the paralysis.
In my mind I started praying & took great authority in Jesus’s holy name. I felt this vibration inside my head like something was trying hard to overtake me.
Suddenly I could feel the paralysis slowly lift off of my body & soon I was able to move again.
The most beautiful thing soon after was the peace that filled my bedroom & the whole entire house afterwards. It was amazing & I felt it in my heart & in my spirit. It wasn’t a dream & I knew in that moment in time it was God delivering me from evil… You just know there is no second guessing. Thank you Jesus 🙏🏻

The world will try to come up with a scientific explanation but even as a young teen I knew in my gut what these things were.

My little one meet Jesus yesterday and i was microdosing with mushrooms. Ask the Holy spirit what and how to take things from the earth.
We are not to take these substances. Be sober minded because the devil roams around seeking whom he may devour. I used to grow shrooms and to exalt the mushrooms above God for revelation and insight is idolatry. I used to be exactly the same way trying to fit Jesus into my warped understanding of things. We have to exalt Jesus Christ above everything. Lean not on your own understanding and trust in God with all your ways. There is a way that seems right to a man but in the end leads to death. Careful because you can open doors that aren’t easily shut. You need your brains to function. Even if they make shrooms legal which is bound to happen, don’t take them. Submit to God and resist the devil.
I had a similar experience it felt like going though a portal of solid concrete imps/demons telling me I’m one of them and felt like being chased by disembodied figures until a golden ray of light saved me and replaced the darkness and burned the demons

Anthony, I’m surprised you came on this channel, especially when there has been so many guests on here who are speaking blasphemy against Catholics and the Catholic Church. A recent guest said “Catholics practice rituals, and new age beliefs”.
Meanwhile he was talking about “astral projection” which is New Age and didn’t even see the irony.

My take on it is, having a faith in and a relationship with Jesus Christ is what truly matters not which church we choose to go to. He is the only way to be saved Acts 4v12. Peace
Im not religious but even i know catholics do things that Born again cristians would NEVER do, like confess sins to a priest, praying to mary so she can ask jesus, having statues and the list goes on.

I believe his story abt things becoming dark after consulting fortune tellers because we also went through the same. I had a phase where I was fascinated with it, horoscopes, etc and it gave way fo spiritual infestations. One has to really cling with faith on Jesus..He is the only one who can save.

Anthony fantastic job, sir, you laid it all on the line without caring what people think. There’s too much self-awareness today, as Francis Chan says, but you were willing just to say it how it happened. Sir my pastor is from Northern Ireland and told me much about the wars. His brother is a prison guard who led Shane to Jesus, the man that was considered the most dangerous man in northern Ireland. There is a book about him called Shane and he now speaks around Ireland, bringing people to Jesus ….

When I took mushrooms two years ago I decided to read the bible For some strange reason and saw the wheel in Ezekiel and others and felt i saw heaven as well. Tried to do it again two weeks later and had the exact opposite happen terrorized by demons my bedroom became hell .changed my life forever that last one . And for 20yrs i was addicted to meth and heroin on and off not any more .i live the life of a catholic hermit praying rosary going to traditional latin mass pray without ceasing

I loved listening to this testimony and how he articulated it. The podcast also sounds very interesting. The Lord has been speaking to me about how to reach and show love to unbelievers in ways that are not typical. I believe just openly talking about beliefs, gently sharing and exploring topics is a great way to break down walls. Also love how he stated that he was speaking THE truth not just HIS truth. There is an absolute truth at the end of the line and it’s Jesus ❤

I took mushrooms. I suddenly found myself in a place with extreme cold. There was an old man dressed in red. I will never forget what he said to me. It shook me to my core: "Ho, ho, ho. Merry Christmas!" Santa is indeed real.
I was shocked to see this 25 years ago I had not a bad trip but a terrible experience and I made a deal with God that if it stopped I would never do that again it stopped and I kept the promise

This is a fantastic story! I will add one important detail for around 27:00 (from experience). Psilocybin mushrooms cause an after-glow of about 2 weeks because the drug's effects continue long after, that cause heightened sensory experiences like colors and music being intensified. I believe a spiritual experience was being had as well, but it might be worth noting how some drugs do affect the nervous system so that it is easier to distinguish the spiritual from the physical.
