Hi matt great video again. I love waggler fishing. I've got a lot of the sfl and gmb m hooklengths I want to use these on my waggler set up but I've I'm using say 4lb maxima line most of the preston hooklengths are lower diameter but are stronger then 4lb so can you suggest a waggler reel like to go into my 320. I've used horizon hi tech line. So I've i got to use a hi tech line to allow me to use the hooklengths? Hope you understand my question. I've always like just normal lines but they tend to be thicker.

You’ll be ok fishing with them hooklengths mate as if it gna break it will go on the knots but just have your drag set smooth and you won’t get broke pal!

Matty what is the reason behind using a swivel to attach the hooklengh? Over a traditional loop/loop like you would on a pole rig? Thanks.

Can change hooklength easy and acts as a dropper

The main reason is the micro swivel stops line twist when you are constantly casting and retrieving, especially when using maggots. ( And it is your last dropper). Tight Lines.

Great video, quick question how long would you leave the float out there before bringing it in or do you leave it out there until you've had a bite?

Give it like 3-4mins say no harm in casting again as you’ll get the fall of the bait!!

Twitch the bait by quickly turning the reel handle once. Sometimes entices a nearby fish. Or reel in, feed then cast past your feed and reel into the feed area

Thanks Matty. Another great video and the auto generated narrative was a real laugh. Sorry to hear that you died so often!

Hello Matty hope your well. Which landing net and size are you using? Is it the one you use for all your silver/f1 fishing etc?
