- कोरोना महामारी के दौरान विश्व में करोड़ों लोगों ने दफ़्तर का काम घर से करना शुरू कर दिया था. यानि वर्क फ़्रॉम होम उस दौरान एक सामान्य बात हो गई थी. लेकिन तीन साल बाद अब गूगल, मेटा और अमेरिका की सबसे बड़ी बैंक जेपी मॉर्गन चेस एंड को. जैसी कई बड़ी कंपनियों ने वर्क फ़्रॉम होम के मॉडल के बारे में दोबारा सोचना शुरू कर दिया है. वो अब अपने कर्मचारियों से पूरे सप्ताह, या कम से कम सप्ताह के कुछ दिन ऑफ़िस आकर काम करने को कह रही हैं. भारत में भी कई कंपनियां अपने कर्मचारियों से यही आग्रह कर रही हैं.

I am working as hybrid for last 20 years. We have target and agile board / ticket that can be tracked. My manager didn't care from where you are working rather care you finish your work before deadline. During covid many IT folks took 2 or 3 jobs that caught management's eye. Some time it is security issue. So now time to go to office for 3 to 5 days. I believe this is the main reason.

अच्छा नहीं बहुत अच्छा है - Work from home. मुझे याद है जब मैं आफिस से वर्क करता था तब 10 से 6 बजे तक काम होता था और उसमें काफी थक जाते थे। लेकिन पिछले 4 वर्ष से मैं सुबह 9 बजे से रात को 8 बजे तक काम करता हूं और इतनी थकावट भी महसूस नहीं होती है। ये काफी बेहतर है और ptoductive भी लेकिन ये कभी - कभी थोड़ा बोरीग हो जाता है।

I always admire your features, Mohanlal Ji. I am at WFH since 2014, even before Covid, and lately hybrid has started with me. However, for me on personal level, WFH has been excellent because it keeps the person away from any type of dirty politics in office, which is quite common in India. Yes, glass ceiling effect and financial constraints have come up for me as well, but I suppose effect of all these factors depend upon age and persona of an employee. I suppose for freelancers and contract workers, there could be no better option than WFH.

I think I work more than usual in work from home compared to office, work from home is very flexible option for IT Workers employee, because using brain 🧠 is the toughest work among any of them, so work from home is the best option to increase productivity with flexible timings.
As a an IT guy, i can say, umm, WFH depends on type of Home and and person working and nature of work ofcourse. But, initially everything sucks until it is sucked up😅

Work from home करने से ट्रैफिक समस्या , पैसों की बचत , शरीर को आराम मिलता है।
लेकिन समय पर काम खत्म नहीं होता।
घर में काम करने का मतलब है घरेलू कामों को देखते हुए करना। कभी कोई राशन देने तो कोई मेहमान या कोई आ जाए तो उसे हैंडल करना पड़ता है।
बहुत सारे कर्मचारी के घर और न ही कार्यालयों में एसी लगा होता है। रास्ते में आने जाने में कपड़े तक पसीने से भींग जाते है।
यहां तक कि अंडर आर्म , अंडर गारमेंट भी पसीने से भींग जाते है। जिससे चमड़ी तक छिल जाती है। चलने में परेशानी अलग ही होती है।
महिलाओं को तो और भी ज्यादा परेशानी होती है।

I think working from home is good for country economy because it saves vehicle fule and help to reduce pollution and saves money and expenses of company reduces in many ways such as electricity , and may be other labour work. Fuel expense is more than electricity bill of a employees

Good research reported from BBC. Work from home should continue specially in country like India where we have traffic woes, pollution and busy lives all throughout the day. It proved to be blessing for Women employees as well where they are managing their kids and family in parallel.And its a win win situation for both employers and employees which was witnessed during COVID. WFH is more better in number of factors. Women employee can get flexibility in working hours at the end company needs whatever the work in your plate is done and not people who are in office and roaming out.

work from home- blessing from someone lives far away from metro cities. no more over paying rents, property purchase. living comfortably in small cities, reducing traffic and pollution problem. this is only solution for over crowding metro cities, where people from all over india are accumulating in some cities only! making it worst.

Simply put, if WFH does not end, the real state pieces will fall in big cities and the big players will not get their "return on investment". Many rich people including politicians have invested heavily into the real states of popular cities. If people are not renting, they will not be able to payback their loans. Especially in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Gurgaon...there is no use of going offices। For tier 2-3 cities hybrid is fine.
