@@MedicosisPerfectionalis Yes!
No words just amazing 😍
I happy to hear that, brother!
I loved the way you Teached that Sir
Okay you explained very well thank you very much for that. But the formulae, how do they work? Can you (or someone) please explain?
What I can guess is that in each microlitre of blood there is one decilitre of rbc (meaning 1 dl volume of rbc is formed by 5 million cells) for the calculation of mch.
Excellent excellent explanation of indices
I am glad you liked it :)
I'm a lay person, but got my labs back recently and wanted a deeper analysis than, "Normal," especially since MCV was borderline high. I liked to see these values all explained as a grouping. That provides important context. Thanks. One small nit though: "mean" is not the same as "average." 🙂
Arithmetically, mean and average are the same...What do you think?
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis yeah! I was thinking of median... I always forget that, even though I recall that alliterative phrase, "mean, median, mode!"
Thanks for clarifying that 👍👍
doctor you are the best honestly .
Thank you so much 😊
Lab manager, great education tool. Thanks.
Thank you 🙏
Thank You So Much! This Video is Great.😊
My pleasure 😇
you're a really wonderful teacher
Thank you 🙏
Last comparison ultimate sir
Subscribed for that ♥️
Thank you 🙏
Loved it.. thank you
You’re very welcome!
Thank you for the analogy I finally can understand the difference.
I am wondering, would we be saying the "weight" of Hb or the "mass" of Hb?
Good question...There is no difference...I prefer Hb mass...and by the way, clinically speaking, amount = mass= weight...In physics there is a difference, but not in medicine.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis Thank you for clarifying that! Your videos are super helpful keep up the great work 😀
Thanks a million! I truly appreciate it
Dude I'm seriously happy for u , the explanation and all are spot on, my whole college Batchmqtes watch ur lecture 😂, that awsome, I'll share stuff and make ur channel cross million man(

So nice...
Thanks boss✊️✊️
Thank you so much!
who ever you are, THANK YOU!
You’re very welcome 😊
i studied that MCH is the weight of hb in an RBC (total) and mchc the conc. of hb in each individual Rbcs . why i feel there's a confusion
What is the difference between the hb concentration and mchc ?
So well explained.
Thank you 🙏

Amazing.. I love it when he says" then there is no hope for u"😂😅 makes me study so that there is hope😅
I wish you all the success in the world, Grace!
Would you please help me by sharing?
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis sure thing... Thank you so much for the wish🙏
you explained it so clear! 💗
Thank you 😊
Thanks a lot. PCV or Hct is not only the percentage of RBCs. It also contains the Leukocytes.
So PCV or Hct shows the percentage of all blood cells combined.
You are right......
But the volume ratio of platelets or leuckocytes is negligible compared to RBCs like almost 1:200 due to sheer number difference between them.
So we clinically consider it as RBC volume only.
Thank you doctor
My pleasure 😇
Which app do u use for making videos?

Woah! Thankyou!

Hii… i have a Q . As MCHC is average Hb in a unit volume of rbcs irrespective of the number of rbcs in given volume ,, then in ur last analogy , shouldn’t it be that mchc is average density of air per unit volume of water? If not, plz explain it to me,, its making me a bit confused. 😊
A male patient came to the pharmacy with an lab paper and found that the volume of hemoglobin is 8 g/dL and MCV 85 and found that MCH 30 and MCHC 25 only,What type of anemia that he suffering from? ( knowing that the PCV is at a moderate level and he is 60 years old)
Amazing 👍
JazakAllah best
Thank you!!!!!!!!
You’re always welcome 🙏
8:05 should be "MCHC: Avg. density of air in tubes PER unit volume of water."
You are the best Medicosis 🎉
Wow, thanks!
"if you don't know that , there is no hope for you." lol. thank you for amazing videos ......

What's the calculation for MCV?
wow! so helpful! :) thx

Can you please help me by sharing?
Thanks a lot...concepts clear..once and for all!
Agree 😊
RBC count x 3= Hb, Hb x 3 = Hematocrit, +/- 3 ( rule of three) u can add this to ur next video, time to pay back we are learning so much from u daily. UA-cam might have blacklisted my ip thinnking i am a robot as i am constantly roaming around on your channel :D
thanks alot from Turkey 🇹🇷
