This is probably one of your best videos! I don’t know why I haven’t seen this one until now. I like your introduction, the content, and the editing. I hope you are getting some riding in this year!
Nice Video Slowbee!! Matt pretty much hit the review on his sled spot on with my take on my 900. I have almost 1,000 miles of seat time this season on the 900 and riding with my wife yesterday I swapped to let her try the 900 and I rode the Renegade 600 etec I’ve had for the past two seasons but haven’t ridden it since I bought the four stroke. I couldn’t believe how loud and how much it vibrated compared to the four stroke. I agree, the throttle took some getting use to but now I love it.. You mentioned buttery.. Exactly.. How smooth it travels with little resistance gives you a different feedback. As far a fuel mileage It uses more than my 600 unless I leave the 900 in eco mode the whole time.. Also it takes some getting use to how early the fuel light comes on.. I have determined it has roughly 140-145 mile range till it is empty.. I’d like to fill it up one day and use the Gerry can to run it till it shuts off to see exact range I can get till empty.. I need to get up there and ride with you guys.. before all the snow disappears.. Stay safe guys.. 👍🏼👍🏼
Just finished a week in old forge had a great time trails were mint . Restaurants were a little sketchy. The owner of slickers came down with covid and they were closed all week. After that some of the other's went to take out only. Spent alot of time at the back door bar. They were fully open. We stayed at the forge motel right across the street.
Nice review. Be thankful for the manual reverse. Nothing but problems with the electric reverse. I have the same sled and tuned it from day one and the Hurricane tune fixed the throttle compared to stock. Much less jumpy and the tune makes the sled rip!
you prolly dont give a shit but if you're stoned like me atm then you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on instaflixxer. I've been watching with my brother for the last months =)
I have 2 N/A 900 Ace motors. both get 20-21 mpg. I can go about 190 miles or so on a tank. Considering a Renegade Enduro turbo, Its good to know the turbo would only drop that 3-4 MPG.
Well, I almost got on these trails this season until one of my sleighs got run over by a diesel-dually & my other one just blew the clutch so now I'm stuck watching these vids....which is almost as good as I at least get to see nice trails & drool about it.
does the hand guards hit the winshield when he turns sharp ?i have a 2020 ace turbo and was wondering what size shield he has , looks like the big one .
I dont think that at all! I actually rode skidoo before the arctic cat, and at one point had an 04 gade. If your ever interested in what lead up to the switch to arctic cat let me know, it's kind of a long story! I always say my arctic cat was a hybrid between an 04 rev chassis, and my old 09 etec. I loved it! Up until the xrs it was the most comfy sled I ever owned. I bought the xrs solely because of the color, and I was ready to own a skidoo again. Best snowmobile investment I ever made! Not because of brand! Because it is and has been the most comfortable I have ever been. I am a more confident rider on the xrs. I hope this answers your question! Remember I am the least technical guy you know!!
Only way for ski-doo to get rid of there throttle lag is to move the throttle bodies closer to the airintake or use 3 throttle bodies like yamaha cuz yamaha aint hsve no throttle lag yamahas know how to do there engines

I was at a place called otter creek lodge for the long weekend! No sleds! 40th birthday, great place!
Really good video. Keep up the awesome work. Great camera work too.
Thank you! Much appreciated!!!
Then etecs sound so smooth i think my 650 patriot almost sounds like an etec its close not quite
Happy 1000!!
My guy thank you so much!!! Wish I could find out who 1000 is???

You guys gotta line them up id be curious to see how they run.
Electronic reverse on those other 4 strokes is just an electronic controlled actuator, not spinning the engine in reverse direction like a 2 stroke.

@Donovan Avi yea, been watching on instaflixxer for months myself =)
@Donovan Avi Yup, been watching on instaflixxer for years myself :)

Awesome video!!! Love ski doo

Hand guards with a med height windshield?
My 18 600 etec got around 13 miles to a gallon and my dads 18 850 etec got I think in the range of 14-16 and seem to go through tons of oil tho
On my 09 etec, it took me about 600 miles to go through a gallon of oil! I'm sure I have used more than a gallon and I'm at 680.
@@SlowBee I'm getting about 200-300 depending on how we ride

I think if you get anything bigger than the medium fixed they will touch, but you cant quote me on that!
Happy birthday bro
🙂🙂 my best friends birthday, mine is in September!
hey slow bee this is Willis from Country Boys Tv and I love how your video's and i was wondering what editing software you use?
Hey man! I really appreciate that! I use imovie!
@@SlowBee thanks keep up the good work!!
@@williamstratton6246 thanks bro!!!
16-20mpgs i usually get with my 850 depending on conditions.
I have to run my tank close to empty, then fill up at a gas station. It would ease some stress!
I have a 2019 850 tnt i get 17 to 20 mpg
How fast do you usually cruise on straightaways
Lol the posted speed limit is 55!
Did you notice a difference in the ride between the two skid frames?
They ride the same, they have the same rear skid
after riding a arcticat before the gade what do you think skidoo rocks and cat sucks ?? just curious i happen to ride a 2019 zr limited
