Hey not sure if you fixed it but the same thing happened to me and it was pending for more than a month but then it just sent my money without me doing anything. Just make sure your payout details are correct and if they need more info they will email you💜🫂

They are the info you can get on your provider. Example: 2checkout can provide that info.
