Yeah no. Scientifically Spyro wouldn’t have been able to pull Cynder free from MALEFOR’S golems grip XD he’d be eaten and destroyed. MALEFOR would have won without the plot armor
This cutscene CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER when I first watched it in 2011 in 8th grade. Since that day, I have not stopped thinking about this game somewhere in my subconsciousness.
i am a strong person emotionally but i recently finished the LoS series and i was soo emotional then, but this brought back lots of tears. why did have to discontinue the LoS series?!? +1 sub for making me cry.
I had no chance to win that game when I was only 8 years old because my Playstation 3 died. Now many years have passed, I have managed to get Playstation 4 and 5, but I could never get that game back. I have tried everything to get that game and had been waiting for a long time for the game to come to playstation 5 but nothing happened. I was able to play other games, like Mario, Skylander, Minecraft, Roblox, PvZ, FNAF, COD, but the only thing missing is Spyro. But after 14 years, I finally managed to find the game that I ordered and bought a used Playstation 3 at the same time. Now I am almost 22 years old and will finally be allowed to win the game. The last game of my childhood that I can win before I can put down games forever to live my adult life in the future. I can’t wait to play this game again. It has been an honor.

Me and my friend where talking about the Spyro games and the skylander games He he talk about how the theory of “Spyro and cynder ending up in the skylander universes after the ending of Dawn of the dragons” As me I was interested in that theory however I told him that “Maybe or there’s a possibility that the skylander universe Spyro is completely different alternate version then the OG Spyro”

It isn't. Skylanders is set in a different continuity. That Spyro doesn't even have memories of fighting Malefor, yet oddly enough, Malefor "remembers" him... As for the floating islands, well, the original Spyro had those too. Remember Dream Weavers? ^^

yeah, but if you played the game, theres a prophecy about a purple dragon rebirthing all thousand years... The most credible theory is that the bad guy in this game is the OG spyro, which as controlled the dark element. This spyro seals him and to save the world and then by sacrificing him self (cause he's the dragon of the prophecy) puts back the world together. Cynder dies with him was bound to him by that amulet they have. (sure you see it disappear, but you see it dissapear a lot through the game) Cuz they're bound they both rebirth in the skylands. :P It's a whole timeline.
No Spyro didn’t die. There’s cutscenes after this one. They talk about Spyro’s name not being in the book of dead dragons and another scene shows Spyro and Cynder flying together.
