Army medical personnel go to OIS (Officer Indoctrination School), which is no big deal. Marine Corps OCS is no joke, with an attrition rate of 25%-40% per class. My winter class in 1999 had 40% drop out/injury rate.

Well you are comparing the Army to the Marine OCS. They are on different levels.
