If you don’t want to pay for the brushes and get the texture use the freycinet brush and mess around with the scale and depth of the grain then use a pencil halftone to get the printed look. Good drawing I love your style!

I used the paper textures that come with the Debaser pack from www.truegrittexturesupply.com/products/debaser-low-fi-comic-coloring-kit-for-procreate. After that you just put it on a layer and apply a blend mode like overlay etc. Let me know if you have any other questions! Good luck!
