My cable at 17:00 will not stretch to fit the pin back in it's home! Should I be releasing the tension somehow? Helppp!
Yes. Either slacken it at the barrel adjuster at the hub end, or if there’s no adjustment there you can move the guide wheel down a few mm, or the fulcrum clip/cable stop.
Super helpful! Was having some issues with chain tension and wheel slipping on my courier so seeing yours come apart in this much detail was great
MAke sure there’s an anti rotation tab washer in each side, or one of those and a chunky serrated washer in opposite sides. Nuts need to be VERY tight.
@@unbalancedcrank anti rotation washer snapped when I over tightened so have just cranked the shit out of it with a pedal wrench and seems to be working alright now!
Those castings are made of cheese! Tab washers are better.
Where is the section for rear wheel back on?

When I last bought tires I was shocked how expensive they've become. As well as tubes. Good job.
If I put the wheels on before I inflated the tires, I’d probably have pinched one of the tubes and had to do it all over again.😂
For me that's your best bike.
So nice
It's in good condition and a great bike to use daily if I had to pick one I like the hooper thanks Rowan for another enjoyable video by the way love your cat
