Congratulations on your walk the four of you. Thanks for the privilege walking along with you via your UA-cam videos ! My feet are itching for my fourth Camino. You have been an inspiration to me. Best wishes. Kathleen Smith from Cape Town SA.
I have enjoyed so much watching every day, anticipating the coming stage and remembering my Camino 8 years ago. I watch many of these videos. I loved yours particularly because it was always upbeat and positive. Not pretentious. Truly lovely. Thank you for sharing your video and loved ending each day hearing about your trip that day. Craig SIMPSON BOSTON USA
Congrats! My wife & I have followed you & Lynne (and Gordon and Louise) every day. We both got a little misty here in Kentucky watching your group arrive. We leave St. Jean on our first Camino on 8 September and your videos have greatly inspired us. Thank you, and Buen Camino.
PS I cried too when you guys walked thru the arch.. It is so hard to describe but it’s a complicated sensation / combination of joy, gratitude, relief and also a bit of sadness that the journey is finished. I have the luxury of walking to yoga every morning and every single morning at 545 am, I pretend that I am on the Camino. And, of course, I am. I listen to the birds and the slow awakening of my little neighborhood and the light, the sounds, I could close my eyes and just as easily be in Granon or Punete la Reina or Rabinal…. Well done pilgrims ! Thank you so much for taking me with you.. It was lovely.
Congratulations Michael and Lyn and your two Australian Camino buddies. Enjoy the elation of having achieved another Camino Francee. Your daily blogs have been fantastic. Rest and have a great time in Santiago. Do vist Rev Anna at the small chapel if you have time. Say hello to her for me.
Bittersweet. We loved following you. We are headed on the Frances in September. We have been on 5 other Camino routes. We are both 70 years young and everytime we finish we look for a new route! lol I love that you gave suggestions along the way. We have hesitated this route because of the crowds but you made it look like fun! Thank you
Congrats to you guys ! I have so enjoyed following your journey of kindness and gratitude and your love of the Camino. Your little videos have been my coffee companions for the last 30 days or so and i have just soaked up the trail with you. I’ve only walked into Santiago 1x as my first Camino from St Jean ended in Burgos, but it is such a thrill. I can’t wait to be on the trail again next spring. With our group last year, we all hated to say goodbye to each other, so we decided we would always leave room for the next time we met up by saying “I will see you down the trail..”. I will see you guys down the trail! Peace and love and, of course, Buen Camino from Arizona, USA❤
Congratulations Guys. Been following both of you for years, congratulations on a great achievement. I’m going to miss watching both of you while having breakfast, this year is a recovery year for me but I’ll be back on the Frances Camino next May. Thanks for sharing your lovely journey and take care. Cheers Tony. 🏃🏻♀️🚶🏼♂️🏃🏻♀️🚶🏼♂️
Well done and thanks for allowing me to revisit my three walks from SJPdP to SDC. You’re so right - it never gets old! I’m hoping to be back, but on the Portuguese Coastal, in 2025. I have watched you before and hope to again - your spirit, unfailing good humour and partnership are inspiring. Fellow Aussie here and for me the hardest part is the loooong flights to Europe each time. Any tips for dealing with those with good humour would be much appreciated!
Great Effort. Michael, Lynne, Gordon and Louise. Have enjoyed the footage. I probably took A little too much pleasure, watching you walk through the freezing cold rain. I hope you enjoyed it, definitely an experience of a lifetime for Gordon and Louise, just another year for Michael and Lynne.
Thanks to you both for sharing your journey with these videos. My friends the Hirshfelds recommended this to me. I’d hoped to be walking the Camino at this time but an illness means it will have to wait another year. Being able to walk beside you everyday has been amazing. Buen camino.
If i ever get to enjoy a glass of wine with you guys on the trail, that would be as good as…. Enjoy the rest of your time in Santiago! It’s such a wonderful place. I rested up there for a few nights last year and I could not stay away from the cathedral square. Watching pilgrims arrive / finish is just so cool!
It was so touching hearing the bagpipes when you were arriving in Santiago, I cried!! You both have been such an inspiration ! Thank you so much for sharing your pilgrimage with us and May God continue to bless you! 💕
We definitely enjoyed your videos! Thank you so much for allowing us to travel with you vicariously. 😁 We will be trekking this pilgrimage in 2027. Congratulations!🎉🎊

Well done guys, loved travelling along with you, thank you so much for sharing!
Congratulations to all of you. That's the most spectacular arrival scene yet with all the bells tolling. Did you have to pay for that? 💯
It was actually so intense walking into the square. Very emotional
Congratulations - really enjoyed tuning in each night to watch your daily updates. So…did Gordon wear his shorts every day?
Same time next year?
Yes, shorts every day.

Congratulations! Well Done!!! Have been loving your videos. Thanks for posting. By the way, what are the 2 compostelas? In one of the pictures, you both are holding 2 of them.
You get one for completing the walk, and you can pay 3 euros for one that shows how far you walked.
Are you feeling like you want to push on to the coast?
Yes! The sun is shining ... maybe next time
