Hey coach im a starter for my school team I usually have 2 team practices a week and I do 4 skill sessions(1 hour) during the week and 4 weight sessions(1 hour) is there anything you would change about this routine?
That is a pretty solid schedule, you can maybe add in a short workout (30 mins) on the days you have practice to get some more work but overall pretty good. Would just depend then on what those workouts consist of and ensuring you are training in the right way
What about for high school? You touched on middle school, college and pro. Should hs focus on performance? For example I am a junior starting varsity pg

All depends on age, younger player where performance matters less longer at say high school college level, 30-40 minutes for starter or someone playing, if you know you won’t play at all can go hour maybe

So if you are a middle schooler do u not do block training and just solely do drills to get better or is it a mix of both?
