Who we’re looking for:
➡️ Experienced peers with over 2+ years in the Hope for HIE community.
➡️ Mentors who represent different backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and languages to meet the global needs of our community.
➡️ Mentors representing different family structures, such as single parents, LGBTQIA+, grandparents raising grandkids, and foster and adoptive parents.
➡️ A range of experiences with outcomes -- from unaffected to the in-between to more medically complex and HIE loss -- both neonatal and in childhood.
➡️ Mentors who have a heart for giving back and holding space for others, who can maintain healthy peer boundaries, and who represent our amazing community!
