I can understand Type B not being there due to that song actually being made by Nintendo, but Type C is based on an old classic song that should be public domain unless there's something else going on that I don't know about

Been thinking about this but, I prefer the Tetris 99 version better, the high tempo does it for me. But this takes a close second!
