Is that 1/4” material? Man you got me wanting to make one. Not sure if my Hobart 140 is good enough for thick material.

Yes it is 1/4” material. I don’t know about the 140. I am not a professional welder but you could always bevel your seams to get deeper penetration. Thanks for watching and commenting!
