I would prefer government job cause currently working in a private company and I can understand how uncertain it is... sometimes you won't get salary even if you worked the whole month if your performance is low .....also they won't consider if you have any family issues or medical issues.....so people having problems in their life can't continue in private companies.....

@@jaijagannath in medical issues , there is a lot problems in private sector , yes if you are happy with limited salary then govt . Job and want to become rich and want to get unlimited salary , then private job .
Depends upon the person to person .
In govt. sector , you can pursue the other courses and master courses also , with online mostly but in private jobs it is difficult due to overtime .
Govt. Job is like the job , which gives you the atleast these salary , that you can survive easily but in private jobs , its sometimes their or not their , depends upon the companies .

My friend told me he's working for the government in CPCB he also told me that job security is no more there as you can be terminated after 3 consecutive memos. And the workload is humongous comparable to private companies he could only sleep for 5 hours in 3 days. That's the level of work pressure in government jobs nowadays
