see this is why I highly suggest NOT to self-isolate & self-quarantine every household members altogether in that one home... this is why, the elders you are caring for at home will expose especially those that are not vaccinated & are immunocompromised w underline health conditions. to prevent exposure for all household members its better for the DOH to isolate those tested positive at isolation facilities while keep those who are close contacts to self-quarantine at home while monitoring their symptoms... the reason why there is a rise in numbers is because there is no prevention in exposure... to limit exposure is to isolate the case away safely while self-quarantine contacts.
