I wasn't recruited. No seasoned gay mentored me when I was a kid. I wish someone had. I wish an older, wiser gay man who lived through the 80's said 'You know what, you're OK.' 'You're not evil, you're not dirty, you're not a sinner, and you've nothing to be ashamed about'. Back to my radical agenda of love and being loved.
One of my favorite memes is the one about: "It's very dear to me, the issue of gay marriage. Or, as I like to call it: 'Marriage'. You know, because I had lunch this afternoon, not gay lunch. I parked my car; I didn't gay park it."
My question will always be, why would you want to get married? Why would you want to involve a government contract in your love life? It's a stupid prehistoric ritual that usually ends in failure. Love is all you need.
@@evildoughboy7773 It has largely to do with things like healthcare. A large number of hospitals (especially religious ones) will refuse access to a 'non-spouse'. There are a fair number of 'privileges' like this which are ubiquitous to people who have them but make a significant difference in the lives of those to whom they are denied.
My "gay agenda" for the day.. Wake up, feed my cats, go on a walk while playing some Pokemon Go (yeah I started doing that again about a month ago), come home, eat lunch, take a nap, watch a Sir Sic video, and later tonight since I have some crab lump in the fridge, was thinking about making some crab cakes tonight, with plenty of Old Bay of course. Happy Pride Month!
Your life style seems like a problem. IF you are spending hundreds of dollars on Pokemon Go, I know of two people who did that, jeez. I guess it's not a problem if you can afford it but...I can't condone spending hundreds on any mobile game. I notice breakfast isn't mentioned. I don't eat breakfast either, I'm starting to wonder if eating only twice a day is normal in this day and age.
@@kamikeserpentail3778 I spend a little money on Pokemon Go, I probably put 100 bucks in it when the game came out, I played for a year. Probably put 50 bucks in since I started taking it up again. I understand the pitfalls of microtransaction games and yes people can get insane with it. I do however have no problem putting some money into a game, especially one that has other benefits. In my case, I had a back injury years ago, which caused a chain reaction of health issues resulting from being sedentary, initially heavy drinking as self medication, weight gain, my childhood asthma returned and type 2 diabetes. I've always been overweight mind you, just a dice roll of my genetics. I look exactly like my father, he ran 6 miles a day and could never get under 240 pounds at 5 foot 11. I had pretty much the same problem for years.. but I managed to keep it at bay until the back injury. As discussed with my primary care provider, its at the point now where the weight is exacerbating the back problems I now permanently have. Thats how that works usually, once you start having "back problems" you never stop having them. And of course all the other aforementioned issues. So I needed a reason to get out and walk, I kinda of have an addictive personality, so PoGo works well to keep me motivated to concentrate more on walking, hatching the next egg, getting the next candy from my "buddy", and finding that Bellsprout around the corner (my personal favorite). The only reason I stopped playing PoGo in the first place was after my injury, I moved back to the town my parents live in, because for several months I needed a lot of help with mobility, and just doing basic life things like carrying groceries in. And they have a property they let me rent for 200 a month so I can work part time and with food stamps, I can survive. But when I lived in the other state I was on a friend's family plan, since I moved back to my parents area, I got Tracfone and had that until recently, data for which is stupid expensive, so PoGo was out. Just recently I got a proper cellphone and data plan again. The Tracfone I had for about 3 years died, and before it died, it glitched, doing what the tech support told me to do, somehow wiped out 6000 minutes and like 4000 text messages I had paid for and they're like "yeah, we can't replace those, sorry and stuff". So yeah, getting a new Tracfone was out of the question after that stunt. I used to take all kinds of day trips when the game came out, I would on my days off go places within a 2 hour drive, I've been to Gettysburg Battlefield for example. Baltimore Harbor and downtown Annapolis, to play PoGo and do some touristy stuff. Honestly I spent way more in gas and buying trashy tourist trinkets in gift shops than actually putting money into the game. Of course now with gas prices, I keep my trips much shorter, until something gives with that. Bottom line, sorry if I've given you far more information than you bargained for, any money I've put into PoGo is far outweighed by the potential healthcare costs if I keep being as sedentary as I have been. As far as breakfast, I am kind of a night person, so usually I'm not awake at what would be considered "breakfast time", but I tend to drink a walmart brand meal replacement shake in the mornings. I've never been much for eating in the morning unless its something light like that or a bowl of cereal. If I start my day with a lot of food, I just feel logged down the rest of the day.
@@kamikeserpentail3778: It's a problem for you alone. The OP had a good day planned. Has he asked you to pay for hid game play? No. See it's not your concern.
Find a nice looking gay girl bring her to your house and tell her to put it on your daughter, your daughter will automatically become gay. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 EASY!!!!!
I would say something exaggerated as a joke but from experience I know that doesn't work on this topic. Because you literally can't make up shit that sounds too insane for a chrimsbean.
Where you went wrong is that you tried to talk her into being gay. Parents always forget that their kids from about age 7 to 18 their kids are going to do the opposite of what they’re told. You should have encouraged her about the joys of dating men.
My personal Gay Agenda is to wake up one day to a world where no one is murdered, beaten or otherwise accosted for being gay, or trans, or whatever else is demonized despite not causing any harm to individuals or society at large. The world I was born into told me that sex and shame were interlinked and I ended up having a set of parents that don't believe it's natural and that I'm brainwashed into it... Fun fun! Sometimes I catch myself wishing for eternal paradise...
I always found the whole argument of "turning kids gay" laughable for the very simple reason that I grew up in a secular country with an accepting, liberal family surrounded by progressive influences from daycare to adulthood, and yet somehow not a single one of my family of 5 siblings and 9 first cousins turned out gay. It's almost like whether you are gay or straight isn't affected by how you're raised at all!
@@mikeharrison1868 Right? I feel like if sexuality was a choice like some people claim, the most convenient one would be to be bisexual/pansexual, maximize every person's chances of finding someone who fits them really well.
I wouldn't say that. Look up the mahu culture in the Pacific Islands. Basically, if a family ends up with all boys, they raise the youngest as a girl. That's obviously an extreme example, but still it is possible within human psychology. I never knew about this until about a decade ago when my wife explained it to me. She doesn't know the origin of the practice, but I get the feeling it's been that way for a couple of hundred years.
@@shabmaster7128 that's interesting Cos also the more boys a mother has the more likely they are to be gay And many cultures accepted gays/crossdressing but like as a kind of third gender
Yeah, there was a disturbing “I will control what they see and think” vibe going on there. When that could turn into a very disturbing reality for any future family.
As someone raised on the back roads of the Deep South, surrounded by conservative Christians: it may have taken a while to accept myself, but I definitely was queer. And I'm definitely not the only one.
Not queer myself but I live in the first country in the world that created marriage equality by popular vote. Ireland is still 87% Roman Catholic but common decency says we are all people. Two queer sons who have never had any major problems, it was accepted in school and after. So I can only express my sympathy that you had issues in the "land of the free" which seem more and more to me "my way or I shoot".

When I was a child, I didn't have anyone around me who was gay. So how could it be that I am gay? Also, at that time, 20 years ago, I could not accept that I was gay and "decided" to be straight. This decision destroyed my mental health and almost led to suicide 10 years ago. But after that time I accepted that I am gay and today I am happy with it and especially happy to be alive.
To be fair, sometimes you wonder if this is what they really want when you watch gay prides…I have my kinks, but i wouldn’t take my bitch on a leash out on public.
Moreover, why are they always trying to MAKE it their business? Is there something they would like to tell us, but they fear they can't because of the backlash they would get?
Ahh yes as a trans woman I am well aware of the gayzer beam It is the lesbians and gay's natural defense mechanism when they feel threatened, they launch a giant beam in the colors of the gay or lesbian flag like it's dragon ball Z. What do these beams do you may ask? Well they turn you gay or lesbian, what else. I have my own, the trans-formation. (I can't take this shit seriously it's so stupid)
My ex-wife and I had real problems with each other's opinions when our daughter came out to us. My wife is a very strict Christian and she was beyond furious. Meanwhile I just gave my daughter a big cuddle and told her I was there for her however she felt. My daughter didn't need any pamphlets to tell her who to love and she's now adopted a son with her wife. Ok, not the way I wanted a grandkid but I guess I'll take it.😁👍
Good for you, man. You adapted because you love your daughter, not just the image you had of her. Is that part of why you and your ex split, btw? Just curious. 🙂
I hear you on the grandkid part. I always wanted my son or grandchildren to be born like I was. To have their eggs laid by the queen and then to attach themselves to a host's face upon hatching. Adoption is a nice option to that though.
What a nice story, it definitely made my stone cold heart defrost a bit... Hope your ex-wife learned to see past her religious indoctrination, but no matter if she did, it's great that you could be there for your daughter!
That's my go to now when people say something stupid about "choosing to be gay". My response is "Oh, so you're actually bi, but just repressing it. We aren't all born with that choice like you."
People like this have been brainwashed into having a toxic comprehension of sexuality in general. Homophobes being caught with a man seems less like a closeted and repressed gay person and more like someone finding an unhealthy outlet for their suppressed sex drive via their obsessed hatred of gay people.
Apparently homophobia can be a sign of internalized homophobia. There is speculation that Fred Phelps from the Westboro Baptist Church was gay and suffered from severe internalized homophobia.
@@jennoscura2381 He had full blown dementia at the end. He went across the street to the Rainbow House and told them all they were good people. WBP excommunicated him on the spot.
Had a like three year 'tradition' in my home town where a kid (once a guy and his lesbian girlfriend) would come out of the closet in front of the crowd and list off every homophobic reason they will never come back or even mention they grew up here. Every. Single. Time. They mentioned being suicidal because the religious people around them wouldn't let them be themselves Edited to mention it was always at highschool grad
"Every hole is a goal". OMG! That was hilarious! And this man is vile! I was raised by people who think like this. Thank Zeus' overused balls that I broke out of this mindset.
This kind of stuff is always infuriating to me. Especially when they continue to spout that being LGBT is a choice. It's insulting to those who have suffered or even died because of their sexuality. I was raised for the most part not knowing gay people existed, then realising I was interested in the same sex by 10. Then, as a perk of being in Zimbabwe at the time, the only information on gay people was them being hunted and executed as abominations for choosing to side with the devil, that those who chose to be gay would kill their family with AIDs. I didn't know how to handle that. All I could do was pray, then when that failed I turned to suicide to spare my family the condemnation. We did leave Zimbabwe before I went through with it, however, and Australia had a lot more information available, especially with the internet. Learning it was natural, and how cruel the 'rural' and religious could be saved my life. So this ignorant dolt, and others like him who spout the "it's a choice" nonsense always strike a nerve with me. Blaming me for choosing to live in fear of my own family, that it's my fault I came to see suicide as the only option, and that carries over to every other LGBT person that has suffered, that has died because of this mentality and other persecution. It's disgusting.
And the ‘“i don’t want them turning children gay.” Argument. Like bruh what. Kids already have an inkling about their sexual preference once they start having crushes. That’s were the confusion and most realize their gay or bi or whatever and start to freak out or hide it depending on how accepting or toxic the environment their in.
After all this talk about "keeping the bloodline pure" and "corrupting the bloodline with outside influences" I am very concerned for this guy's sisters and hope hehasn't any.
I had a conversation with a guy like this. He waffled on about how his holy book was against gay marriage, then said he isn't a "homophone". I replied "You sound like one."
So this guy was talked into being heterosexual? Why do these bigots always misunderstand, willfully so, what gender and sexuality even are? Proud ally here, and I will defend equal rights until my dying breath! Love is love, and as Depeche Mode sang, people are people. 🏳️🌈
This really struck a chord with me. I lost my job earlier this year for using a resource (PowerPoint presentation) that highlighted different types of families including same sex parent families in teaching about types of families. Turns out you don't have to be gay to be punished by homophobes and bigots. You just have to tell people that gay people exist. Thank you Sir Sic for this video. The notion that you get to choose your sexuality or that you're being influenced by demons to deviate if you aren't heterosexual is something I've come to understand to be a characteristic of most dogmatic faiths. I never chose to be heterosexual so I wonder why someone would choose to be homosexual expecially in a country where being gay is illegal. I'm sorry. I just rambled a bit. I'm still unemployed. So cheers. Happy pride month.
Cartoon Ray Comfort popping up behind Sir Sic when he says "bananasexual" at 7:41 was fucking genius and almost made me spit my coffee all over my monitor. You're killing me, Mrs. Sic! 🤣
A question to homophobes... If a "straight" person makes a "choice" to be gay... Why would they choose a lifetime of being hated by ignorant morons, and in some parts of the world, literally put their very lives at risk? No one would choose that... Literally no one. Personally, I don't consider anyone to be straight or gay or whatever. It's all just a spectrum in which your personal tastes fall within a wide range of possibilities. As far as I'm concerned, as long as no one is getting hurt, everyone is of legal age, and everyone is consenting, have as much fun as possible!

One time at gay cure therapy we were introduced to a "success" case to show that cure was possible with prayer and effort. He made a comment that "the urges never go away, but you get better at dealing with them." Unfortunately it didn't click what he was actually saying until a few months after I got out.
I'm not certain really why people are 'scared' of gay people. I've never been attacked by one. A gay person has never stolen anything from me. Most of the gay people I've known are quite pleasant and usually cultured. And even if you are terrified of them they make up a very small percentage of the total population. I don't really know what the big deal is.
It's all religious fervor and indoctrination. That simple. Typically speaking at least. 9/10 "phobes" of any kind are typically that way due to religion.

But by UK standards, he's closer to center, I think? I dunno, he doesn't touch politics much these days. But I got the impression his issue was the exact one he had here: people trying to tell others who and what they are, and/or dictate how others live their lives. Or maybe just him seeing people say things that were silly/factually wrong. Whichever it was, he shifted away from it a really long time ago to focus on his current wheelhouse: religion, medical woo, and generally silly/wrong ideas.

I knew I was bi-romantic & ace from the time I was around 14 years old. I just didn't have the words until I was almost in college. Also, people finding out that I was bi back then resulted in me getting bullied, treated like shit, & waking up some nights crying because I wanted badly to be something I wasn't. Thankfully I have found a loving & accepting friend group but not everyone is so lucky & it's both disturbing & disgusting to see when people justify hurt people or putting in situations that could result into something bad happening to them all because they can't get over the fact that the person is anything other than cis & straight. To everyone just know that you are beautiful & you deserve love & happiness for just being yourself
I grew up in a tiny tiny town where I was raised catholic, sent to catholic school and despite being told that I was literally going to hell for eternity and believing that for a time I still could not deny who I am. Later, when I moved back to the city to live with my dad, I finally had the strength to come out and tell my dad who was very supportive but my mum and all her side of the family told me I was not welcome if I "chose" to be gay. So even after I had realised that I wasn't going to an imaginary place to be punished for all eternity it still cost me half of my family and to this I refuse to have anything to do with any of those ppl, so exactly what part of it does he think is a choice? It has been an expensive "choice" really but I would pay the price a million times over and not have any thought in my head of being anything other than who I am

They must see being gay as something that is somehow more fun or enticing than being straight. Which in and of itself is f***ing hillarious.
I cannot think of a single logical argument for why letting people live as they see fit when it doesnt have any effect on anyone but them is a bad thing. To me, hating someone because they are gay or trans or anything else we literally cannot help about ourselves makes about as much sense as hating them for their food preferences and have about as much relevance to my life. The only time I care if you like onions or not is if I'm cooking for you, likewise, the only time I care about a persons sexual or gender identity is when it is in some way relevant to me. Otherwise, you'll get, at best, a raised eyebrow before I go back to doing something more important. Like figuring out if I need to do my laundry. I mean...yes? I'm fairly sure that there are outside influences that do effect a persons sexuality (dont quote me on that, its just something that makes sense), but I strongly suspect that said influences happen either in the womb or when you are very, VERY young. And even if there were ones that worked later in life, who cares? It genuinely confuses the hell out of me why people like this numpty make such a big deal about 'TURNEN DA GUYR' or whatever as if it was some kind of horrific thing. I admit, it'd be weird, like waking up liking the taste of raw onion, but I think I could adapt. As the Knight said, people arent 'influenced' to turn gay or bi, they were always gay or bi, they were just being forced to hide it, even from themselves, because of bigotry. The reason numbers are going up is because society is more accepting and thus, people who would normally hide their sexuality are coming out and those who would normally suppress it are allowing themselves to actually be happy. I imagine that numbers will rise for a few more years (assuming that some lunatic fundamentalist doesn't take over and drag America back into the dark ages) and eventually plateau out once we reach the point where everyone is willing to just accept people as people and sexuality becomes no different from food preferences. As it should be. Honestly, that claim is like saying that people from Italy are more likely to be Catholic, while people from England are more likely to belong to the Church of England. Like, no shit, you dipshit. Honestly, the only way I can see his claims having any merit is if homosexuality was somehow based on local population percentages. I mean, I'm pretty sure there is an element of truth to that, but if a population is small enough, obviously there arent going to be as many minorities in the area and, due to how hyper religious small communities in America can be, them potentially not even REALIZING that they are LGBT+ is pretty fucking high. And if they do realize, they'd probably hide it and then leave the moment they could, thus creating the illusion that there arent any of 'those' people in the community. ...oh wow, he couldnt sound more like a cult member if he tried with that line! Define young age? Because I'm pretty sure that a lot of Biblical morons would love for kids to be able to get married as young as 12. In fact, I could be wrong, but I think that IS the legal marrying age in some places in the US. I'm not going to look that up because it would probably just make me depressed. ...wait, carry on their genes? Um, that sounds a bit to 'evolutionisty' or whatever you call people who understand science. Also, genes get passed on. Theres nothing to stop gay couples from having kids, especially not when you consider that its entirely possible to fertilize egg cells with cells taken from somewhere else in the body. I wouldnt be at all surprised to see us be able to create children from two sets of male DNA in the not to distant future. I mean, we can already modify egg cells to contain DNA, which is how we cloned Dolly, so its entirely possible that we could do it with a human egg and sperm cells. Why? This isnt the Tudor times, theres no real benefit to keeping our bloodlines going. I know that, technically speaking, thats what life is meant to do, but its generally more on a species level than anything. And besides that, chances are good that you'll have at least one kid whos straight, so why bother worrying? And again, why should it matter? There are plenty of ways to have kids that dont involve actually reproducing. And what if your kids turn out to be sterile for some reason? Are you going to love them less because they are straight but unable to have kids regardless? Thats such a stupid argument on the face of it... Would it surprise anyone to learn that this dipshit is racist to? Wouldnt surprise me. I bet hes also the type of idiot who thinks that cartoons and video games are for kids. ...anyone else suddenly hearing 'Sweet Home Alabama' playing in their heads? Because I'm starting to get increasingly uncomfortable with his talk of 'strong bloodlines' and 'not wanting outside influence'. Mate, your moral law giver commands slavery and genocide. You can fuck right of with that moralizing bullshit, especially after the crap you've already spewed in this video.
Such people do actually hate others for food preferences. See what happened to the vocal vegans in their public fights with religious people. Some of the things I heard ranged from mundane but stupid crap like throwing vegetables at their homes to straight up assault and battery. My hair length has been reason enough for people like that whom I had the displeasure of crossing, especially when it was crazy long (down to my belt line). Surprised no one has started crap with me over using a ladies hair tie, my ties all broke so grabbed one out of my girl's collection of scrunchies which has lasted a hell of a lot longer than those cloth wrapped rubber bands they sell for male hair ties.
hey Sir Sic, here is a small pamplet/questions to see if you might actually be gay. Are you ready? 1: Do you breath? 2: Do you require nourishments? 3: Do you require to drink liquids (Wiskey Included)? 4: Have you reached the age of Sexual maturity? 5: Does the sun shine on you if you are outside on a sunny day? If you answered yes to at least three of these questions, you might be gay. Or not.
14:14 "genetic defects" I was born and raised in San Francisco and gay people were all over the place. It's basically a local joke among women that if a man is both really good looking and apparently single, he's probably gay. When it comes to "genes" the gay men seem to excel. Overall they come across as the most physically fit, careful about their appearances, etc. Our young subject in this video is definitely competition when it comes to "continuing the bloodline".
Personally, I'm a bit worried about all that talk about bloodlines and shit. Last time I heard about that, it was regarding the Valariens and the Royal lines of Europe.
"Continuing the bloodline" always seems suspiciously like "keeping it in the family." I believe that's where genetic defects really come from. After all, in certain parts of the world, "if you kin, you in."

That's my go to now when people say something stupid about "choosing to be gay". My response is "Oh, so you're actually bi, but just repressing it. We aren't all born with that choice like you."
The projection is strong with this one.
People like this have been brainwashed into having a toxic comprehension of sexuality in general. Homophobes being caught with a man seems less like a closeted and repressed gay person and more like someone finding an unhealthy outlet for their suppressed sex drive via their obsessed hatred of gay people.

OMG, I absolutely love your sarcasm. Love listening to your tear on things. Keep up the good work!
I'm glad you made it past that difficult time.
I love the "it's a choice" argument. Any time a RW says that, I always ask them " how old were you when you chose Vigina over Pensis?"
I usually add a, "Prove it. Choose to be gay for a year."
And the ‘“i don’t want them turning children gay.” Argument. Like bruh what. Kids already have an inkling about their sexual preference once they start having crushes.

I grew up in a small town being told & pushed into getting married to a man & having kids. At no point during that time did I ever have someone try to recruit me into being gay.

Same.
Having a member of the tribe stop doing as they're told means fewer shekels in the collection plate.

14:14 "genetic defects"
I was born and raised in San Francisco and gay people were all over the place.
