      His wealth is almost all coming from a camgirl site. Now I'm not here to moralize per se, although I do personally think it's a disgusting practice for lonely and pathetic degenerates , but it's a "job" , in big air quotes, that involves nothing more than convincing loose women to prostitute themselves in front of camera for you. They get a small cut, just enough to make them keep doing it for quick easy money, while you (the pimp/owner) , the Tate brothers in this case make boatloads of cash from horny desperate losers and likely teenage boys who just learned what sex is.
      Oh BTW, it's an "industry" where it's common for there to be human trafficking ties too, so there's that. So if anything it's worse than doing nothing, it's outright manipulative and exploitative of people's greatest vulnerabilities.

    • @easternrebel1061
      @easternrebel1061 2 роки тому +7

      Slav here. While traditionally women handled household chores, men are encouraged to learn as well. This results in fair division of labor and should your spouse be sick or otherwise unable to fill in that role, you then can take their place. Moreover these traditions, while not bad, aren't absolute, as men absolutely learned to cook and helped their wives with household chores, and the "masculine" things men did back then were more matters of necessity than "oh he's a man therefore he does these few things", and the woman does the rest solely because she's a woman. Moreover, times change, and while I certainly don't see all said changes as "good" , the fact is men should be able and willing to do more than work, come home, and sit on tge couch watching TV. Do I think it's a bad thing for women to cook for their husband after a long day at work? Of course not, but it's something a woman should do out of genuine love and respect for her husband, NOT because "oh I'm a woman, therefore my fate is to eternally be stuck in the kitchen."

    • @Petticca
      @Petticca Рік тому +3

      @easternrebel1061
      I think that is how a lot of people in other places have viewed 'traditional roles' too.
      I am all about whatever works for the people concerned, by that I mean that as long as no one is being subjugated, then great.
      Dumbasses like Tate can only be validated by other people, so there is confusion in themselves about what makes them 'worthy' of anything.
      So that they don't feel inadequate, or unmanly, they act abusively towards people they can physically overpower and hurt.
      Because human narcissism is a constant battle of our contradictory ideas and beliefs about ourself, that we all must learn to balance out, ( Your sense of self worth, importance and place, over your sense of self doubt, insignificance, selfishness) when someone fails at this in a big way, it can result in the most arrogant, hateful, bigoted and full of sht personalities, exhibiting abusive, toxic behaviors - Like Tate's...
      It is a man full of self hatred; he feels weak and 'unmanly', so he's constantly projecting it onto the people he feels most threatened by - those that are, pragmatically speaking, 'weak' or 'unmanly' who also have the audacity to not hate themselves or others because of those things. He just can _not_ cope with how much weaker that makes him feel. So he abuses those people, and wants others to do the same so he can convince himself _he's_ not a total POS, others do it so that's just how the world works... He's wrong. "What? you're broke so you're going to cook meals??" bruh, if you're a good (or even just decent) cook its significantly cheaper to make your own meals at home. What, you're going to spend 15$ plus a day on fast food? That's money you could be investing!
    And what's he even describing as cooking? If I boil pasta (99cents a box) is that cooking? How about toast? These are all meals that cost less then a single dollar. Hell, Ramen costs about 20 cents a packet and that could be considered "cooking" if you get the stove top version. And depending on what you're making, you can be doing other things in the mean time. If a casserole takes 40 minutes in the oven, you don't stand there like a robot until its done, you walk away and do other work. Multitasking is an important skill, you could say it is the corner stone of success even. And the better and better you get at cooking, the less time it takes. The first time I made banana choco chip muffins it took me about 30 minutes before they were even ready to go in the oven. After doing it a few times and nearly memorizing the recipe, it took at most 10 and I had to wait for the oven to finish pre-heating. Its prudent to make your own meals, not that I can expect him to understand that.
    And time is only money if someone's paying you, if you're at home on the weekend, what's it matter if some of that time is spent making meals? Further, what if cooking is how you make money? What if you're selling sandwiches to your neighbors to make a bit of extra cash on the weekends when you're not working? (ngl, if I didn't need a permit and my building allowed it, I'd be doing that) I imagine that while you're making food to sell, you might as well make an extra to eat yourself.
    He says that in that time you could do _all_ these things, but what if in that time you're getting better and better at cooking? That's a skill that people are willing to pay for, its a skill that's in much higher demand then kick boxing. If you get good at cooking, you can go get a job cooking! Why is kick boxing a more important skill in his mind? Oh right, its because women cook :/
    Does Tate just think his food comes out of nowhere? No. He pays people to prepare it for him, because I highly doubt he's eating nothing but canned beans every day. Those people, who are making his meals, have to be able to cook. I imagine he'd be pretty rightfully pissed if he paid for a meal and a plate of canned chicken was placed before him because the person he paid didn't know how to cook.
    Hustle culture is cancer and so is Tate.

    • @Laz3rCat95
      @Laz3rCat95 2 роки тому +1

      Technically even if he did only eat canned beans he's still relying on others to prepare food for him. Beans don't just grow in cans automatically.

    • @SilverDragonJay
      @SilverDragonJay 2 роки тому +2

      @@Laz3rCat95 yeah, I was going to say 'rotisserie chicken' because that's the example he used, but that directly requires someone to know how to cook. Can of beans seemed the lowest effort food you could get, though maybe something like an apple would be instead?
      Either way, Tate is so ridiculously sheltered he probably doesn't even think that people cook his meals. Probably thinks they just fall out of the sky fully cooked or something.
