    Resep Nasi Telur Hongkong. Menu ini terinspirasi dari Hong Kong Egg Chiffon Rice, namun sedikit aku modifikasi. Di sini aku menggunakan bahan utama telur, sosis, dan tentunya nasi putih yang disiram dengan saus gravy. Sajian simple bisa jadi menu spesial.

    Resep Nasi Telur Hongkong (untuk 1 porsi)
    Bahan:
    1 porsi nasi putih
    2 butir telur
    1 sosis
    3 siung bawang merah
    4 cabai rawit
    ½ sdt garam
    ¼ sdt merica
    3 sdm minyak goreng
    1 sdm saus tiram
    2 sdt kecap asin
    2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
    1 sdm maizena
    200 ml air
    1 sdt gula
    2 sdt margarin
    1 batang daun bawang
    Chili oil (opsional)
    Langkah:
    1. Iris bawang merah dan cabai rawit
    2. Iris tipis sosis memanjang
    3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah, cabai rawit, dan sosis hingga wangi
    4. Bumbui dengan garam dan merica, matikan api
    5. Kocok lepas telur, tuang ke tumisan sosis selagi wajan masih panas. Masak hingga telur setengah matang atau sesuai selera
    6. Siapkan nasi putih, letakkan telur di atasnya
    7. Untuk saus gravy, campurkan air, maizena, saus tiram, kecap asin, kaldu ayam bubuk, dan gula ke dalam mangkuk. Aduk rata
    8. Panaskan wajan, tuangkan campuran saus, aduk
    9. Tambahkan margarin, masak hingga mengental
    10. Siram saus gravy di atas telur. Sajikan dengan daun bawang iris dan chili oil

    Hong Kong Egg Rice recipe. This menu is inspired by Hong Kong's Char Siu Scrambled Egg, but I modified it a bit. Here, I'm using eggs and sausages as the main ingredients, as well as rice with gravy sauce poured on top. This simple dish can be a special menu for you.

    Hong Kong Egg Rice Recipe (for 1 servings)
    Ingredients:
    1 serving rice
    2 pc eggs
    1 pc sausage
    3 pc shallots
    4 pc bird's eye chili
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3 tbsp cooking oil
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp chicken stock powder
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    200 ml water
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tsp margarine
    1 pc leek
    Chili oil (optional)
    Steps:
    1. Slice the shallots and bird's eye chili.
    2. Thinly slice the sausage, lengthwise.
    3. Heat the oil and sauté the shallots, bird's eye chili, and sausage until fragrant.
    4. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat off.
    5. Lightly whisk the egg and pour into the sautéed sausage while the pan is still hot. Cook until the egg is half-done or to your liking.
    6. Prepare the rice and place the egg on top.
    7. For the gravy, combine water, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and sugar into a bowl. Mix well.
    8. Heat the pan and pour the sauce mix. Stir well.
    9. Add the margarine and cook until sauce thickens.
    10. Pour the gravy on top of the egg. Serve with sliced leeks and chili oil.
