  • Lands of Dracula Bram Stoker's Whitby
In the summer of 1890, shortly after beginning his famous novel, Dracula, author Bram Stoker visited the north Yorkshire seaside town of Whitby for his annual summer holiday.
While he was there he was so impressed with the town that many of its locations, characters and stories found their way in to the book.
In this film, Dr Elizabeth Miller describes the association between Bram Stoker, Whitby and his Gothic novel, Dracula.
