This arvo, a week before another cancer surgery, I feel like I've lived a lie for 42yrs.

I have been going through a living nightmare in the past 12 months So as a result of becoming injured and being self-employed i lost my income and business in a short period losses mu incomes as well and my health has suffered 8 months on i started a new situation then get injured 3 weeks in its even more serious than the other 3 Injuries now again yes there is a lesson but when you cannot even pay your medical bills or even live or even get around and walk now the situation is getting worse as my partner is finishing her role in 4 weeks sometimes no one invites these things in and as hard as you try to fix them you can not without support i also decided to try and get a no physical role 1400 plus applications and interviews and no result put it out there to get a seed investor as well for a new online business i have been working extremely hard looked at 300 new emerging business ventures so i am now still in the same place except i never give up on my self
so how can i solve this dilemma with out the money or support to help me move on even if i feel and see where i want to go and believe it ??
