- The Meaning of Advent Candles
As a Christian tradition, the wreath holds the four Advent candles. The candles represent Jesus coming as the light in darkness. One candle is lit each Sunday until all four candles are lit, and sometimes a fifth candle is lit on Christmas. As Christmas draws nearer, each candle brings a little more light into the darkness.

I am not a catholic, but I truly believe every Christian family should celebrate Advent season with their children. It will help them develop memories of what Christmas is all about. Gods love is everlasting.

Might want to fix the inconsistencies. Fyi, title says "Advent: Hope-Peace-Joy-Love", explanation says "Hope-Faith-Joy-Peace", final title says "Advent: Hope-Love-Joy-Peace".

May I know 2nd candles is Faith or Peace ?

I m confused after watching the 5 UA-cam with the same theme
The first candle, which is purple, symbolises HOPE.
The second candle, also purple, represents FAITH.
The third candle is pink and symbolises JOY.
The final purple candle, the “Angel’s Candle,” symbolises PEACE.
The white candle is placed in the middle of the wreath and lit on Christmas Eve. This candle is called the “Christ Candle” and represents the life of Christ. The color white is for purity-because Christ is our sinless, pure Savior.
