Thank you Dr. Ahmed for sharing this scenario with us.
In my opinion ,since there was no harm so its not a sentinel event or adverse event. This event could be considered as near miss due to delayed diagnosis -a form of diagnostic errors that may or may not harm the patient -
There is many diseases that share the same signs and symptoms of the patient and its better to put a list of differential diagnoses in such cases. I'm wondering when the physician ordered the CT angiogram? Is it after the patient condition was deteriorating or before? Did the patient transferred to higher level of care or not?
Thank you again and i'm waiting more interesting scenarios so we can share our ideas and opinions.

او CPHQ اي الشهادات دي اقوى

على حسب.. لو حابب تعمل في الرعاية الصحية.. في حال كان الماستر عام فالأفضل منه الدبلومة المتخصصة في الرعاية الصحية.. لكنى أرى أن ال CPHQ أفضل من الدبلومة بمراحل..
