Also the chicken bucket is a very common thing in China too. They really love their spices a lot. For their version of “mild”, it really taste like they added some sort of curry paste into it... I still remember how long the spice lingers on my tongue for after that little experience... I don’t know if they still have this since I last visited China before the pandemic, but I think every time you ordered or ordered a certain amount, they will give you a drinking glass you can keep.
